This composting toilet works by automatically separating liquids from solids . Just follow the directions below.

1. Lift seat to place a filter over the opening to catch solids. Toilet paper is disposed of in the toilet.
The lever on the side can be opened to allow solids to pass through into the lower half, and closed again to hide the contents.
2. After use turn the lever on the side ( ) to open solids container.
3. When finished close the opening in the bowl. Then, turn the handle on the ( ) side to mix solids and peat moss. Shut lid and leave. NO FLUSHING IS NEEDED.
The only things that should go into your composting toilet are your poos and pees and toilet paper.

Beautiful desert land with a view of Hueco Tanks State Park. This land is barely starting up so do not expect any glamping or 5 star facilities. There is electricity for RVs or window units for tents. There's also a porta potty. There is a little trash here and there but I am working on cleaning this place up. Be patient and enjoy it for what it is. All natural! Be safe, this is the desert and home to critters, spiders, horned frogs, lizards, ants, cayotes, and probably snakes although I haven't seen any. There is a little shed where you can cook, get some shade, or just relax. The mesquite trees are being worked on so they are not big enough to provide decent shade. Be safe, be smart and have water with you at all times. There is no water, and no showers. But I am working on it! This spot is perfect for those hip campers visiting Hueco Tanks and need a spot to park or rest. It's for hip campers that are used to primitive camping and also to the people in the city that want to get away for a night or two but not drive too far out. The sunsets and stargazing are amazing. Far from the city but close enough to a 10 min drive to a grocery store.

Beautiful desert land with a view of Hueco Tanks State Park. This land is barely starting up so do not expect any glamping or 5 star facilities. There is electricity for RVs or window units for tents. There's also a porta potty. There is a little trash here and there but I am working on cleaning this place up. Be patient and enjoy it for what it is. All natural! Be safe, this is the desert and home to critters, spiders, horned frogs, lizards, ants, cayotes, and probably snakes although I haven't seen any. There is a little shed where you can cook, get some shade, or just relax. The mesquite trees are being worked on so they are not big enough to provide decent shade. Be safe, be smart and have water with you at all times. There is no water, and no showers. But I am working on it! This spot is perfect for those hip campers visiting Hueco Tanks and need a spot to park or rest. It's for hip campers that are used to primitive camping and also to the people in the city that want to get away for a night or two but not drive too far out. The sunsets and stargazing are amazing. Far from the city but close enough to a 10 min drive to a grocery store.

The sites and grounds were very neat and clean. Sites were plenty large enough for our class c rv. The hook ups were well maintained and water pressure was great. The only negative we have is that there was only one rest room, otherwise a great place to camp.

We lived staying on Heather's land. Great views of the desert and surrounding mountains. Very close to Hueco Tanks State Park. We did the self guided tour butt would like to go back and do the guided tour and look forward to visiting Heather's place again.

What could be better than sleeping under the stars next to pecan groves and vineyards? I sleep in my car and loved having the restroom/shower just across the driveway. Can't wait to come back here.

Great time filled with great music, great wine, and great company. They recently closed their kitchen to work on getting a food truck stationed outside so we missed the usual goodies of the charcuterie but there was a local pizza food truck that was delicious.

We had a great time at our stay, there was a Valentine’s Day dinner with live music and some great food. We spent the night at spot 3. Even though we dry camped we used our generator and had no problems being comfortable all night. Our Valentine’s Day was excellent. Always great service!

This RV site is great. The camp sites were clean and everything worked appropriately. There is WIFI for the entire camp site. It worked well and we were able to stream the Super Bowl online. The pull-through sites had plenty of space. There is a lounge area for guests and was very spacious and clean. We would definitely come back to this place.

Dakota was very quick to respond to my messages. We arrived after dark to a very neat and tidy site, with a very nice and level grass area to pitch our tents. The location is a working, active vineyard, and if we had had more time I would have loved to check out more of it and the wines they offered. We were just on a quick one nighter on our way to Arizona. The bathroom was very clean, the firepit was large and generous; the camping was amazing with coyotes howling all through the night. A very well kept secret just off the beaten path. Thanks for the cool spot, Dakota!

Lawrence & Dina’s Campsite was great. Open space and the amenities were just what we expected. We got there late and left really early but it was wonderful experience. I and my sons watched the stars and I saw two shooting stars. Would definitely recommend camping there. Bathroom was clean and readily accessible from all site. Thanks again Lawrence & Dina.

This stay was exactly what I needed on this trip; a quiet, clean and friendly space to park my van while on a road trip to Marfa, TX from Tucson, AZ. A bonus was the wine bar and patio with a small band playing. I had fine conversations with the friendly and interesting staff. I totally recommend this facility if you are looking for a place to stay while on the road headed for elsewhere. Thank you Dakota and your staff for the hospitality!
