We are located NW of Kearney in a rural setting. There are neighbors around us but not too close.
Being this close to a town, there are many activities and places to go. A few miles to the West of us is Cottonmill Park which has a good sized lake and hiking trails.
Within an hours drive there are fishing/boating and recreational lakes. The great Sandhills of Nebraska are just a little over an hour North to get to.
Pioneer Village is South about an hour and the Hastings museum is about the same distance only a little East and South.

My motivation to create this haven of blossoms was deeply personal. Having faced the challenges of infertility and the associated grief, I resolved to "create my own sunshine" by cultivating a sanctuary of beauty and life. Aunt Annie's Flower Farm serves as a place of solace and joy for my beloved nieces and nephews, and I extend the warmest invitation for you to share in this natural splendor.
My mission extends beyond personal fulfillment. I aspire to inspire my students, demonstrating that with dedication, ambition, and hard work, they too can transform their dreams into reality. It brings me great pride to witness one of my former students utilize our flower farm as their FFA Supervised Agriculture Experience, serving as our media specialist and, in turn, creating my logo.

If bringing a dog, note that you are sleeping in a pasture and the cows may come around. If your dog is cool with that the cows are cool with them 🥰

It was a nice, peaceful place. Easy to find, the 2.5 miles of dirt road left the trailer and truck pretty muddy because of the rain in the morning.
It has electric and water if needed. I hooked up to 30amp power. I thought it might be hard to back into the site from the directions, but it was very easy. I have a single axle trailer and no spotter.
I would stay again. I slept very well. No traffic, train or other camper noise. (I've been on the road for 44 days.
Cell signal isn't great, for ATT or Verizon. I had 1 to 2 bars.

Our RV spot was separated from the house by some beautiful, large trees and such a nice, flat spot next to the RV garage. Easy to find and effortless to book the space. It was well worth the (short) drive off the highway for the peace and beauty of the countryside. Amanda has children and dogs, but I didn’t hear so much as a peep from anyone other than the chickens, and even they were fairly quiet. The parking spot is perfectly level, well away from the house, and has a picnic table and fire pit. I felt I had plenty of privacy. I woke up to birdsong and the beauty of the landscape. Plenty of grass to walk my pup on, and even took a jog down the very quiet country road. Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved camping here. Gorgeous land, kind host (who showed me around the camp sites and let me pick my favorite), sweet dogs and horses! The white pony had so much patience with my dog who was meeting horses for the first time and running around like a maniac. You definitely have to drive back to the house if you want to use the bathroom/shower but it’s a huge bathroom and so nice to have a warm shower after several days camping on the road. Really enjoyed walking around the pasture and seeing the sunset behind the hills.
