This was a wonderful place to camp! We stayed 3 nights and added a 4th. Great views, very quiet, the dogs had room to run off-leash and play ball, and the greeters as we pulled in were a beautiful herd of about 20 Longhorns! We met Megan and her daughter - really nice folks. The road in is gravel but extremely well maintained. We were in a 30ft. pull trailer. Thanks so much to Ryan and Megan!! Great stay!!!

We loved camping on Judy’s land. We had a great spot for our van at the end of her field next to the river and amongst the trees. The location is right next to the road, so there is a fair amount of road noise, but we still felt like we enjoyed a good amount of privacy. There is a porta potty and water available near by. It was a great location with close proximity to Tippet Rise (30 mins away). Judy was lovely and easy to communicate with. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful spot and would definitely camp there again.

What a beautiful spot on the Yellowstone River. Judy is a wonderful host, wants to be sure you've got what you need and her camp is a great stopping point. Really enjoyed our time here. Will come again if our travels take us west!

Judy is just an awesome lady. Friendly, helpful and so pleasant. And gotta say, it's a gold medal view on the Yellowstone River. What a peaceful place! We'll stop here on our way back home and so look forward to it.

The campsite is located in bare prairie with some nice views of the countryside. We went for the longhorn feeding and this did not disappoint - it was a great experience. During our weekend stay we were graced by a full moon, which made a beautiful Montana sky even more stunning.

Fantastic host that’s very knowledgeable about what it takes for a camper to have a great time. The cabin is nice, right on the river and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Lots of room outside and very peaceful and quite except a train passing through every once in awhile which we didn’t mind. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and book and you won’t regret it. Thanks to the host for a great stay and for having us. If ever in the area again we will definitely stay again.

Loved camping here. It was nice and quiet. My dog loved laying in the creek to cool off and playing in the yard. The sites are very well maintained by the host and the host was very helpful in directing me to the site and communication.

I got caught in a storm while on Stephen’s land so I couldn’t make the most of it, but the property was beautiful and Stephen was a kind host! I even saw some fawns while heading to my site.

Judy was awesome and quick to communicate. I was able to set up a last minute reservation for my husband while he was on a motorcycle trip. He showed up in the dark, was able to set up his tent and find everything easily, and loved waking up to a beautiful river view.

My daughter and I loved this unique stay during our travels in Montana. It was truly a highlight, and we loved meeting and talking to Kelli, who was super responsive, helpful and friendly. We slept well and enjoyed the views and visiting with the goats on the property. As long as you read the description and know what to expect, you will likely love this place as much as we did! Judy is a wonderful hostess. She was welcoming and accommodating. She has a beautiful spot on the Yellowstone. We wish we had been able to stay more than one night!
The river, the breeze through the cottonwoods, mixed with the small town sounds and of course the railroad sounds . We enjoyed it all.

Absolutely loved this Hipcamp spot! The property was peaceful, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Plenty of space to set up camp, great privacy, and the natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this site if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing escape.
