Ekstrom’s Stage Station is a collection of historic log buildings reassembled along Rock Creek that functions as a campground today. The sites are situated in a large grassy meadow surrounded by tall pine trees and are quaint and quiet, comfortably accommodating RVs up to 55′ in length. In addition to the happy campground, we have two lovely tiny houses, a pair of rustic cabins, and a hundred-year-old schoolhouse available for your stay.

It’s mostly a nice RV park with a separate area for tents and camper vans. But it’s good. The showers and restroom were sweet, and the host came over to greet me almost immediately. The place also has a restaurant, a store, and some other storefronts. Have t seen that in places like this before.

This is a great spot that I’ve stayed at a few times now. Good location for something more quiet with good amenities (hot showers, toilets, food & coffee truck nearby some mornings), when seeing a show at Kettlehouse Amphitheater. Feels safe and is located near fly fishing and recreation area.
