This is a long-term arrangement, but don’t plan on collecting a ton of “resources” here. Plots must be kept clean and tidy, following all rules for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the glamping tent, it was our first time ever staying in something like this. We typically either tent camp or stay in a cabin. It was a great location on the scenic byway. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do for a short weekend. The site was clean and the bed was super comfy. The night got cool so we were thankful for the heated bed. The camp ground is in a great location for floating and draws a fairly relaxed crowd. Not much rowdiness going on, very family friendly. Unfortunately, I picked a weekend when there was a large trail ride going on down the hill, in town. We were able to hear their music from the camp ground, until pretty late. The camp ground itself was as quiet as any similar camp ground I’ve been in. Restrooms and showers were clean, water was hot, and the store had what we needed. Sandy was wonderful to talk to and work with. I’ll stay again, next time I float in Eminence.

Katrina was very kind and welcoming. The other campers were friendly as well. The spaces are close together, but just what I needed to sleep over for the night for a family gathering in the area. The bathroom/shower was nice and clean as well. I did go down to the river and it is quite the trip downhill in my 4-wheel truck, so might not be for everyone. It is secluded and quiet and lovely though. However, Buck Hollow is also nearby and not a far drive. It was quiet and I felt safe.

Wonderful camp with lots of space and amenities. Beyond friendly and helpful staff, who provided free coffee and advice on area activities. We stayed in the glamping tent, which was an excellent value and very cute and comfortable. All we had to bring was our clothing. Super close to town, but tucked into the woods and very secluded looking. Loved the porch and corn hole area, as well!
