Milo Farm's is a relaxing oasis that helps reset your mental health. We went there for a girls' trip and it was the most relaxing weekend. I highly recommend this farm to anyone seeking a chance to unplug and unwind.

We loved staying in the Hobbit Hut at Milo Farm. Such a cozy, relaxing place! Tons of trails to walk and nervous system calming things to do. ❤️

Milo Farm is a wonderful place for connecting to nature. I camped in “Free Field” where there are many primitive sites surrounded by a creek. The grounds are well kept — the field is wilderness, with wide trails throughout. There’s a fully stocked and clean compost toilet at the top of the hill (5 min walk). Be sure to request the transport wagon as cars aren’t allowed near the campsites. I highly recommend Milo for anyone needing to escape the city to recharge their batteries in nature.

I love visiting this land and try to come out here at least once a year. I'd love to make it out more frequently. The land has tons of charm, a lot of really unique characteristics and energy, and Loni and the rest of the farm team are amazing hosts that always make me feel really welcome.

We rented the hippie trailer for a couple of days. It was perfectly suited to our needs and the property is lovely. We rented the art cart for a time to just roam around. That was a blast. We got our cards read and that was also enlightening. Although there was a surprise snow storm, Lori got a space heater up to the trailer and we were cozy and warm! All and all a very rewarding weekend!

So enjoyed my weekend in the Bunkhouse. Grateful to have Milo Farm so close to Kansas City for a weekend getaway to be in nature. I feel very safe and secure there, and getting away from the hustle and noise was much needed.

While we ended up staying in the hobbit hut instead, was a much better choice for the getaway we were needing. What was originally a resting point to go to a convention Saturday, ended up being where we stayed the entire weekend. The QUIET was amazing. Talked to an individual when we got there that gave us a quick overview of the property and the next day we met Leafy the gardener. She introduced us to dad goat Tokyo and one of his children Bob Dylan. There isn’t phone service and it’s wonderful, town is only a quick 5 minute drive to get service so you’re isolated but quick back to reality if you so desire. I left a couple of crystals behind and I loved sitting on the porch at night right under the moonlight. Thanks for the healing weekend!!

As described, a true glamping and farm experience. Loni was kind and flexible. Matt came out to introduce himself and welcome us to the farm. Be prepared to rough it (byo toilet paper!) Overall great experience. We will return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a cute campground! I ended up not staying because my nearby friends ended up making space for me, so I can’t speak to that experience, but the host was wonderfully sweet and very communicative and accommodating! Next time I’m in the area I am definitely gonna stay over at this campground! It was so so cute.

Weekend Trip to Owl Creek Cabins

We stayed in the yurt. It was well furnished with pillows, blankets, and futon. The site had wood for sale to use in the stove. It was enough to keep us warm in 19 degree weather. There was also a charcoal grill on site. It was a great camp!

Loni was a wonderful host and greeted us even when we came in late after dark to park in the primitive campsite! Outdoor toilets were pristinely kept and the land is a gorgeous private retreat even in the winter time! We will be back here in the summer to camp and enjoy the pool/pond/hiking with our family. Milo farm is a great option for a weekend away still close to home. Feels like a really fun summer camp vibe ✨

Stopped over for one night on my way from MN to AR and found Milo Farm to be a lovely stop for a nights rest. Car camping spot #1 was great, perched atop the hill. I missed the sunset unfortunately but the land and surrounding trails are gorgeous. I woke the next morning and explored around the farm and had a lot of fun walking the elven trail. I'm looking forward to visiting when it gets warmer. Thx!

Just had my second visit to Loni's farm for car camping and have loved both trips! Fun vibe and nice trails. Everyone from the farm I met was very welcoming. Felt very comfortable as a solo female camper.

Milo Farm was established organically a few years ago. The energy at Milo so amazing we wanted to share! There's a story behind the sacredness of this land, Loni can share that with you if you ask! There are 5 different ecosystems at Milo, all which hold their own magic!🪄 The lodge was built then the camping sites, then the Hippie Trailer, which is located near the west woods near the Fairy Forest. Then the Bunkhouse was established, it's just past the barn on the north end of the property. The lodge, where the Airbnb and pool are is centrally located on the land. We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. It has two saunas. There are 2 stocked ponds, miles of trails, pool, Zen garden, farm animals and more. Feel the energy of the sacred land. Find the vortexes here! Bless Mother Earth and spend some time in nature at this magical place Great for the spiritually minded with several meditation spots and portals. Ask about availability of the art golf cart rental if interested. Loni can take you on a guided history, nature and meditation hike if you sign up for that. There are events happening some weekends you can participate in. We have a Call to Prayer 9:30am every day in the Art Studio/Spirit Shack, you may join us! Loni is a spiritual intuitive and can do a reading using the Milo Farm Oracle cards she created! Ask for availability of these things. Milo has a lot to offer! Located in Eastern Jackson County MO, just 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City & 20 min from the sports stadiums.
