Access to Beaver Lake is a short drive or a long hike down the scenic rock roads. Please note, This campground is located in a floodplain and weather related cancellations are common. Fish, Fish, Fish. This river is primed for fishing. You will have to bring your own boat, or float as I don't have good river bank fishing access. I added a small floating dock last year to fish or swim off of. There is a state park boat ramp a short distance away. The steps in the photos are plenty sturdy to tie boats to overnight. This river is fishable with flat bottom jet drive boats most of the spring and early summer and floatable year round. You can float to your campsite and relax instead of waiting in line at the boat ramp. Also we are located about 13 miles from Crane Creek, A blue ribbon trout park. You can camp here and fish there.

Located between America's First National River, the Buffalo River and the most unique town in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, AR. Just 6 miles to the Kings River. Surrounded by hiking, mountain biking, floating, fishing and hunting. Built with an emphasis on using locally milled rough sawn timber, reclaimed materials and handmade details throughout. This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. There is a two-burner propane cooktop and mini fridge. Bowls, plates, cups and silverware for two guests. Basic food prep items are also available. A concrete trail is planned that will connect the camp area to downtown making biking to restaurants and pubs much easier in the near future. This was just what we were looking for! Quiet, private, peaceful! We stayed at site 2. We were the only campers for the night but it was still a nice distance from the other 2 sites even if they had been occupied. We brought our teardrop and had no issues. We also had Verizon signal in case we needed to hop back online for something. We hope to visit again!

Out of all the places I’ve stopped to camp along the way this was the most comfortable, convenient and felt safe at. I was going to camp in my car but Julie let me know it was going to be freezing when I got here and let me know about the A Frames. (Super cozy) This will officially be my spot moving forward.

This place was breathtaking, if you love primitive camping & ATV trails, I went camping with my dog for some peace and hiking. The place is huge, the trails aren’t really marked very well for hiking so it was a bit of a challenge finding landmarks. I would highly recommend staying here if you love the outdoors. The owner was extremely nice.

We had a great camping trip here at spot #1. We had the entire grounds to ourselves the first night, and only one other couple the second. The creek crossing to the site was a little rocky, so a good amount of ground clearance is needed. Overall we had a wonderful time enjoying this hidden corner of the Kings!

Coming in an RV? No need to camp in a parking lot. Many RV campsites with gorgeous mountain views and privacy

I loved the trails on Mason’s land. My camp site was perfect. Having an outside at the site was such a bonus! Absolutely a great place to escape to!! My doggos were in heaven having an open meadow to play fetch in!

Weekend Trip to Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

The farm was wonderful. Was visited by goats and an alpaca also several very friendly dogs hung out with me while stargazing. Myke and Claire are wonderful hosts! Very much appreciated the warm cabin this cold December weekend! The hilltop/hammock area has an amazing view of the night sky. So happy to have watched the 2025 Geminids from here and would totally stay out here again.

We stayed for three nights in early December. The property is on a quiet road, yet under 15 minutes to downtown. Jason and Julie have created a full service setting, complete with toilets, showers, dump station, and water. We stayed at site 8 by the barn, which was perfect for our 27 ft rv, and nearly level. Bentonville enchanted us. As road bikers, we used the Razorback Greenway and biked from Fayatville back toward Bentonville (Fayatville is also a gem). Jason and Julie were very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with a something that could have been a challenge. They are great hosts. Recommend this location 100%!

Bentonville Bike Camp – Jason & Julie are lifesavers! Our reservation with Koler got completely mixed up, and Jason and Julie at Bike Camp Bentonville truly saved the day. Their property is absolutely perfect—peaceful, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities were spotless (the shower and bathroom were such a bonus!), and hookups were incredibly easy.
