Grass is the best forage for horses, especially older ones, so we take care of our pastures, making for beautiful scenery for campers, too. Plus the entire back mile is bordered by old forest. And there is a swimming hole not a half mile away. This is a quiet and private site, bordered by a neighbor's old forest on back, other neighbor's cattle pasture on side, and you're in one of the pastures used by the Horse Sanctuary. The back of the property is private. 2) We recommend repellent for ticks, chiggers, mosquitos, and other bugs during warm season. 3) The Cicada season usually starts in May. We recommend earplugs if that sound bothers you. 4) During heavy rain, there is a seasonal creek leading to the back of the property that can be difficult to pass without a 4X4. If you aren't driving a 4x4, park closer to the house on the gravel driveway. 5) There is a walking trail around the perimeter of the property.

We are a 100 acre hobby farm and we want to share our beautiful property with others. There are 4 safari tents with each containing 2 comfortable clean queen beds on raised platforms. Great for groups of up to 16. The Commons house a kitchen with full refrigerator sink and electricity for your convenience. The Commons also contains 2 flushing toilets, 2 bathroom sinks and 2 outdoor showers with hot water! We have over 1.5 miles of maintained shaded trails a spring fed pond to fish, swim or use our canoe to paddle around on. Please be sure to bring your own bug spray and sunscreen. Our place is ideal for groups of up to 16. 1 mile down the road is Three Moons Winery with wine tastings on the weekends. 15 minutes is Charity Access to the Niangua River.

Site 1 was beautiful and nicely secluded away from the other campsites. The trails were well-marked and the views were lovely with several vistas and benches to sit on along the trails. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Will definitely come back and book again, hopefully after a rain when the creeks are running!

Camping here was amazing! I stayed at site 1 and it was very well maintained. The table, tent platform, and outhouse were all great quality and well kept. Fire wood and the trash were both easily accessible. There were a few a few errant noises, such as some gun shots from a nearby shooting range and a cow mooing, but neither would persuade me away from staying here again! I will be recommending this place to anyone looking to camp near Eureka Springs!

Clean, private, and spacious. The host was great and accommodating, the property and views were beautiful, and there was even some wildlife. Note that the ground is quite rocky when hammering in stakes. You do hear animals at night (coyotes, dogs, and a rooster) and planes fly overhead (I guess the site is near an airport), but I slept well with earplugs. I had good mobile service in some spots.

3 nights at Cold Creek Valley

It was a perfect in the middle of the woods set up. The main packed gravel road was really nice and the road to Cold Creek is narrow but easy to navigate. I would recommend a higher up car (we were in a Ford Focus). The view was perfect and the site is very secluded other than the occasional drive by of other campers at 2 and 3. I will definitely be staying here again! I was also impressed at how nice the picnic table is and the outhouse!

4 nights at Lakefront- 16 Miles from Branson!

This site is nice. It does have a lake view, but if you have a traditional camper you will be facing a privacy fence when you first exit as there is another camping site in front of it. When we first arrived the 110 hook up for the electricity was not working. We were easily able to contact Matt and Laura, and they sent their handyman, Gary, within the hour. We were able to communicate with Gary prior to his arrival and deduced the breakers were bad. Gary was unable to secure new ones, and they had to be ordered, however, he did get an adapter for the other hookup, and we were able to have electricity for our entire stay. Everything went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. We would definitely stay at this site again.

4 nights at Lakefront- 16 Miles from Branson!

This was out second time staying at this spot and it is very nice. Located on the lake. Everything worked well, site is nicely graveled and easy to enter/exit with a camper. The only thing that was a little bit different this time than last summer was that there were quite a few non leashed dogs roaming around. One continually tried to get into the trash can. They did not seem aggressive at all, but having small grandchildren running around made me a little bit nervous at times.

This farm is EXCEPTIONAL. Teresa accommodated everything we asked for and then some! Perfect for our kids, they loved it. The sounds were peaceful, the land is gorgeous! The trails were beautiful. You can tell they put so much work into it. From the flowerbeds to the handmade signs. It’s truly a place you’ll never want to leave. The homemade food was the best baked good I’ve had in my entire life. ✨10/10 RECOMMEND . ✨

We loved it. A quiet pocket of woods that feels worlds away. The campsite is old-school and unfussy—just everything you need :) —it’s thoughtfully stocked and surprisingly cozy. We went during late summer and the trees produce a flood of green, and companioned by the nearby river, it was all entirely refreshing. We loved the privacy, the walkways, a home for a fire & a canoe at the ready. If you want seclusion with a touch of trust and care, this spot is a pure woodland balm.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here! The camp spot was awesome. Great view of the stars from our site and a really cool view of the mountains at the top of one of their trails. Hosts were nice and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!
