The Camp at Little Creek

Littlecreek is on 42 acres nestled in the Ozark Mountains. We have a year round creek which is secluded within beautiful surroundings. Rivers for float trips and/or Bull Shoals lake is nearby with opportunities to bass fish and there are plenty of hiking and off roading trails just 10 minutes away in the Mark Twain National Forest.

Pull through camp site. Right off of the farm road but still offers plenty of privacy.

Upper camp 2 is next to the walking trail maze and just across the way from showers and restrooms at the Opry House.

Upper camp 1 is near the horse shoe pits, showers and restrooms at the Opry House but this camp site is still very picturesque.

This bath-house has a flushable toilet, sink and shower (no hot water). It's stocked with TP, Paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer. BYO Shampoo/Conditioner.

Bring your kayaks and paddle boards! There is a spot to launch down a short hill from the campsite. 

You have over 100 acres to hike through of natural Ozark Forest!

Your campsite is right on this lake cove, so it's great for swimming, kayaking and you'll see gorgeous sunsets over the water!

You are looking in towards the private cove where your campsite is located. This is where you can swim, tube, paddle, etc. 

This quarry fills up after it rains and makes a nice swimming hole! Ask me if it's got enough water though because it fluctuates based on the rain. 

Our campsites are pretty big, much larger than typical campsites. Each one comes with a table & chairs/benches and a fire pit.

Here at Dockley Ranch, guests can enjoy 80 acres of Missouri Ozarks. Features include a waterfall and hiking trails, peaceful vistas and goats, alpacas, and chickens to entertain.  Rent a 1-room cabin or pitch a tent, watch the stars from the hillside stage, grill at the covered pavilion and enjoy the sounds of the countryside.

Oran Mor Community

Our property is owned and shared by the members of Oran Mor Community. We are a small homestead growing a lot of permaculture gardens with a focus on wild edibles and native plants. We operate a nursery, apothecary business, a kids Wildskool, and print a seasonal magazine in-house. We share our lives and communal spaces. TENT CAMPING: Pitch your tent near the creek or farther out in a patch on the edge of the woods. There are many beautiful camping spots. Feel free to build a fire for cooking, relaxing, or whatever. A cool part of camping here is that we are a mostly off-grid homestead (with wifi) and we are a small community. We raise ducks and geese along with many gardens and wild spaces, and we build really cool things out of our lands bountiful resources like our timber frame slipstraw and cob tiny house.

Your campsite can be just a couple minutes walk away from our main community center, or you are welcome to set up camp farther away and be more remote in the woods. There are multiple swimming holes along Little Creek, some more secluded ones that are clothing optional. We also have walking trails that you are welcome to enjoy. 

CAR or RV CAMPING: We have a spot to park a small RV or camper and plug into electricity. You are also welcome to car camp.

We typically serve two communally shared meals every day and you are invited to join us for these. These meals are included in the price of your stay. You are also welcome to cook your own meals at one of the various fire pits here.

L'isola Farm

In 2012 I realized I wanted to reconnect with nature. I was born and raised in NYC and always felt like something was wrong. It wasn't until I came to the Ozarks that I realized that it was nature that was missing from my life. It's been a long road to normalcy, the land was trashed when I got it and needed to be cleaned. Every structure on the land was build, at least in part, by me. It's rustic to say the least but it's definitely a unique experience.Learn more about this land:This is a quaint off-grid homestead. Living here is a lot like camping. It's located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Ozarks where there are plenty of stars at night and sounds of the birds and frogs always in the air. There is a great little platform in the wooded area of my property where you can set your tent up. You are also welcome to stay a little closer to the 'people area' and partake in daily activities on the farm. We are always doing something fun, sometimes it's using earthen plaster other times it's building with mud.  We have an outdoor shower available in the summer. Composting toilet. Wood cookstove. Mean Green's Farm

This farm is a self sustaining vegetable farm. We use natural and organic growing methods. In September we will be opening our 6 acre maze, with special events on the weekends.Learn more about this land:Come enjoyour quiet country setting campsites. The field is wide open for you to enjoy the night under the stars. Our campsites are on the far end  of our 23 acre vegetable farm. It's just a short walk to the main house.

Sandra Walton

The highway used to run on the back of the property. In the 1800's  there was a church  on the back side of the property where one of our campsites is today. The ranch has beautiful scenery, lots of Wildlife, berries and wildflowers. It has always been my dream to share this with others Slice of Heaven with others.Learn more about this land:Come to our beautiful country home and enjoy fishing in our stocked pond. Hiking or horseback riding on our trails. Or just hide away in one of our secluded, quiet camp sights. The main house and barn are just a few minutes from any of our campsites.  Niangua river is less than 4 min away.  We are 20 min north of I-44.

This campsite is literally on the back 40. It is the most secluded and most quiet of our many sites. It also has a giant fire ring.

Watch the moonrise and take a moonlit hike. You will have no problem seeing the trails with the bright Missouri Moon.

Go fishing in our private and stocked pond. Bring your own fishing gear.

Enjoy our many wildflowers as well as lots of Wildlife, wild berries and fruit bearing trees, such as persimmons and mulberries. Depending on the time of the year.

If you want to just decompress, take a seat in our meditation Garden or perhaps a nap in the hammock.

If you want to swim or float we are less than 4 minutes from the niangua river.
