All You Need is a 111 acre paradise that is home to some VERY unique and endangered habitat. Our northern boundary is a tract of DeSoto National Forest, where we have practically exclusive access to another 90 acres of longleaf pine savannah and more bottomland creeks.
The sandhills are a "desert in the rain," home to prickly pear cactus and yuccas, abundant lichens (deer "moss"), the endangered black pine snake, and our mascot, the also endangered Gopher Tortoise.
We're a nature education and retreat center where we share permaculture practices, homesteading/sustainable living skills, conservation practices, and approaches to connecting more deeply to the land. Check out our sister non-profit, the Burrow Nature Center.
You will have access to our many walking paths and our swimming pond, as well as a 15 minute walk to part of DeSoto National Forest, which butts up to our property line.
We would love to have you as our guest on the land, and are especially eager to meet travelers who deeply love nature and want to live in better relationship to it!

The swamplands here offer ample opportunity for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing on the Black Creek National Scenic River. The primitive camping along the way is hot in the summer, but prime for misty morning photography and inky orange sunsets...worth it! Off-road the Rattlesnake Bay Trail or hike the Tuxachanie trail with your crew for a day of laughs deep in the pines. We need all the help we can get, so we also offer volunteer trade opportunities to anyone interested. Or, if you just need a place to step back from the busy hub of society, ground and reconnect with nature, Soultribe is the sanctuary for you!

This is a great little glamping spot! Exactly what we were looking for! Like the property name says… it has all you need. That said, if you like creature comforts, bring your own.
Perfect spot for a couple’s getaway in the woods for a night or two. The site is close to other camp sites but feels private and secluded. We hope to be back soon!

Highly recommend Creekside Farm. The owners/hosts are invested in your experience and are available to help if needed. The property is beautiful and well cared for. We love bayou peninsula! This is our second time to stay here and it was even better than the first time. Deborah is a lovely host and her property is beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. The views are gorgeous and the sun sets are stunning. It's very close to Bay St Louis Beach and Waveland Beach. Very close to anything you need yet still quiet and relaxing.
