Our inviting cabin, known as the Bird Nest, sits on a lush five-acre property. Inside, the cabin features a well-appointed kitchen designed to enhance your culinary adventures: a retro-styled digital Galanz refrigerator/freezer, a French-door digital air fryer/toaster oven combo, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Rest easy on a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed.
The full bath includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, with a mirrored vanity just outside. A table for two overlooks the deck and pond, perfect for connecting with nature in air-conditioned comfort.

Mary’s property was beautiful and calm yet only a few minutes from anything you may need or want to do. Mary greeted us as we arrived and was helpful with local recommendations. My daughter loved being able to pet the pony’s.

I stayed here while visiting New Orleans to experience Mardi Gras. Plenty of space, calm, quiet, peaceful. I got some great rest after spending time in the city. Got a couple of good pics of the bridge at night as well.

I stayed here because it was an affordable place to stay for Mardi Gras, but I definitely plan to come back when I have more time to hang out and volunteer at the farm! It is a very quiet and peaceful space, and a really cool project based on taking care of the community :)

Unique spot in the city. Felt very safe. Kat was available from the moment we clicked. Easy enough access for my class A size van We were able to stay parked and got the day pass for the RVA public transport and moved around with bus and trolleys. Get the APP. Definitely keeping this spot on my radar for New Orleans

This was our second time camping here, and we will absolutely be back. It’s a fantastic spot for tent camping! It’s safe, quiet, dog-friendly (leashes required but they had plenty of space to roam around on the extended leashes we brought) and very secluded. The trails and pond were a great bonus, and despite knowing others were on the property, we never saw anyone else during our stay. Jordan, the host, was very attentive and quick to help troubleshoot any issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained camping experience.

I loved tent camping here! The setup was just as described, and the amenities were unique and perfect. The location was ideal for spending New Year's in NOLA. The ferry was quick and only $2 one way, so I could explore the city and escape to some serenity to sleep. I highly recommend this spot.
