Our community sits on the stretch of the Tennessee River called the Kentucky Lake. The Kentucky Lake is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river. It covers 160,300 acres and features 2,300 miles of breathtaking shoreline. Bring your boat and use our private community boat ramp. You can stop at the marinas located nearby for food and live music. If you don’t have a boat, you can rent one nearby. Kentucky Lake is a boaters dream with its clean water and beautiful scenery. Boat storage is included in your stay. Additionally, some of the best freshwater fishing in the Country can be experienced in the Kentucky Lake and is known for excellent fishing for large and small mouth bass, bluegill, white bass, catfish, and many more. You can fish directly from your site on most waterfront sites or use our dock. If you like to kayak, you will enjoy the tree-lined, calm, four mile long cove in our community. You can directly access the cove from your site when you stay on a “cove site.” We are open year-round. We offer nightly, weekly, and long term stays on all our sites. Just a place to stay if someone wants to camp or you can walk on the paths. If you have a golf cart, you can ride those on the property. I do own 13 chickens which are a delight and I sell farm fresh eggs. Produce coming eventually. I also rent my tiny house on wheels on Airbnb. The camp sites have not been broken in yet so the spots are not in a designated area yet. There are 4 tent camp spots to choose from. The photos you see are the areas you can choose from. I supply a fire pit for your use during your stay.
