Our primary guideline is that if your event will be held while other campers are here, it cannot disturb them. So, consider renting the whole campground. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please plan to arrive and set up camp between 3 and 9 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM, please send us a message letting us know. We decide on a case by case basis since we prefer not to have late arrivals. In any event we do not accept arrivals after 11 PM except in an emergency since many campers and your host may have already gone to bed. Overview: Our beautiful 10 acre farm and homestead is situated between Ann Arbor and Dexter not far from the Huron River. The 5 acre area where our campsites are located is wooded with mature oak, maple, walnut, elm, and white pine trees. We're isolated and surrounded by wild areas and natural farm land but just a 10 minute drive to restaurants, groceries, fuel, and other amenities. The Ann Arbor area is home to a huge array of world class events from the Ark music venue to National Champions Michigan home football games and a whole lot more. Downtown Ann Arbor or Dexter or Chelsea is only a 15 minute car drive. White Lotus Farms, which has a wonderful farm market on Saturdays from 9 - 2 and Wednesdays from 9 - 1, is a 10 minute walk down our dirt road. If you forget to bring something that you need, don't hesitate to ask! We've got a growing number of camping essentials for rent or sale for very reasonable prices that can make your stay even more enjoyable: from bug repellants to camp chairs, potable water in 2.5 - 5 gallon containers, and more. NEW IN 2025 we have installed a hose with potable water near the entrance to the campground for your convenience.

Beautiful natural setting and quiet location. Minutes from Downtown Ann Arbor but still worlds away. More than unimproved tent sites. Firepit with firewood, common sitting / lounging / dining area - outdoors and in the sunroom. There is a large, communal table dedicated for food prep and camp stoves. No smoking permitted except in comfortable, designated smoking area, clean (shared) porta-potty, shared electrical outlets for communication devices, WiFi, full-size gas grill, potable water, nature paths with sitting areas, farm stand with seasonal produce. You can unload but there is no parking at camp site. There is a dedicated on-site parking area close to tent locations. Main Street Ann Arbor - 5 miles Gallup Park - 5 miles Argo Cascades at Argo Park - 5.3 miles (canoe / kayak rentals) UM campus - 5 miles Ann Arbor Summer Festival (June) 6.5 miles Ann Arbor Farmer's Market - 5.8 miles Kerrytown - 5.8 miles Downtown Ann Arbor - A large variety of Restaurants and Dining experiences Ann Arbor Art Fair (3rd week in July) - 5 miles + Sports Events including U of M Football games - 6 miles The Big House - 6 miles + You are free to park at the Plymouth Road shopping center (3.7 miles from Camp Farmish) and hop on #1 Ann Arbor city bus to Blake transit center located on 4th Avenue. It is located in the heart of downtown. If you are attending a UM football or basketball event, everything is within safe walking distance from the transit center ( a little under 1 mile). German Park - 1.1 miles Authentic German Food, a Variety of Beer, pretzels, Polka band and other music ( last Saturday of June, July and August ) . Kroger Grocery Store - 3.6 mile Downtown Detroit River Walk - 45 miles Detroit Jazz Festival - 45 miles

The site was nice; an wide open plot of lush grass with tall shrubs encircling it so we weren’t right next to the road, although it was audible still. Right next to the Lefurge Preserve, which was really beautiful the morning we dropped by. Lyanna was very responsive and kind!

We loved our space and found it to be a nice quiet area. Friendly host and plenty of firewood to buy. There are mosquitos of course so bring spray. Property has goats behind a fence which we stopped to say hi to. Will definitely return

Pete was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning. I never even met him, but he was kind and thoughtful while getting us to our campsite. The actual site itself was lovely. Very relaxing and tucked away. We were the only people there (other campsites on the land were close by) so it was incredibly quiet and relaxing. I could see how a full group might make it a little less enticing, since the campsites really aren’t that far from one another. But again, that didn’t happen and Pete was even kind enough to offer us our pick of the sites, but we stayed with Cozy Corner 2. Overall, we had a lovely, quiet experience and have no reason not to recommend it. Thank you Pete and Olga!

This was my first Hipcamp experience. Our host was great. They were very responsive and helpful and very accommodating when we got there. They filled tiki torches, delivered firewood, and we had some laughs before we started to set up camp. The site was clean and the property is beautiful. We pet the goat, and the turkey laughed at us. There are outdoor showers (heated) a short walk up the trail. There is a cool trail that loops around the property. The train, as mentioned by others, did wake me up a couple times. I'll definitely be back at this site but I'm a light sleeper and will just bring my loops/ear plugs. Sleeping in may also be tough considering the rooster. I usually sleep in on weekends but we were excited to wake up and get the fire going again. There are portable toilets which are way better than up against a tree. The location is great coming from metro area - Oxford Grill is a nice stop on the way in or out and Bald Mountain recreation area/shooting range. Surprisingly low amount of mosquitoes/bugs while we were there.

We loved camping at Pete and Olga's! Cozy Corner 2 offered the privacy and peace we were looking for with a perfect space for our tent and two cars. We loved everything from the provided picnic table and fire ring to the sun rise through the trees and howling coyotes at night. Thank you for a awesome experience!
