We are a 400 plus acre working family ranch raising Registered Texas Longhorns. We offer homegrown steaks and hamburger for purchase during your stay. In season we offer homegrown fresh vegetables you can purchase to go with your steaks- your welcome to even pick your own. If fresh vegetables are not in season we do have a selection of salsas, jellies, and pickles made on the ranch. There are three ponds for fishing, lots of wildlife including nesting baldeagles. Bring sturdy enclosed shoes for hiking. Bring your canine friend, they will have a vacation of a lifetime. Pawhuska is only 13 miles away, if you want to let someone else cook your dinner. Currently, we do not offer tent camping.

I highly recommend every add on as well: they helped us fish, delivered a delicious homemade breakfast to the site, taught our boy to ranch, let us feed and fawn over the cows...I cannot say enough positive things about our weekend away.

Amazing experience with an RV for our family of 4! We rented an RV for the 1st time and found Base Camp as a comprehensive site that had every amenity you could think of. There is full hook-up for RV's and full service cabins. The property is beautiful and extremely well kept. Very relaxing. It is conveniently located walkable to downtown Humboldt. During the cold days, there was a space to hang out with tables, chairs, games, and a pool table. There are bikes to use on the trial, rentable e-bikes, and firewood available for purchase to use in the innumerable fire pits across the property. The kids spent a lot of time on the pond in kayaks and paddle boats. Additionally, while we were there, there was a wood-fired sauna we used which was incredible. The best part of the experience was getting to know Jon. He is an AMAZING host. So kind and informative to our family. He made us feel truly at home. We will 100% be back!

This was one of the highlights of our spring break RV trip! It was my husband and two of our boys, ages 10 and 13. Sleeping h see the stars was amazing, but being able to see the longhorn cattle just grazing around you was a once in a lifetime experience! There were so many babies!! Glenda and her grandson KC went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They could not have been better hosts!

This has to be the best place to camp in Oklahoma. Longhorns roaming around, getting to tour with Casey (grandson) and the host, Glenda, was awesome. Such a great family and time on this property. I was there 6 nights, 4 at a camp where I truck camped, 2 at the tiny home. The tiny home was perfect when it got really cold and was able to have a good comfortable shelter. The campsite was great and remote but still able to have the longhorns roaming nearby. I would 100% recommend to anyone in this area and plan to stay next time I’m over that way.

We were unable to camp there due to storms so we ended up in a hotel. Glenda invited us out over to Ranch over The Weekend so we could spend some time with her on the ranch. We did go to the ranch and spent about 4 hours. We met her Longhorns, fed them and got to spend some time in the garden. Glenda is a fabulous hostess. We had a great time! She also gave us places we should visit. I’m definitely going back in the Spring!
