For most of the 20th century the property was a small farm, grazing cattle and mowed for bailing hay. We are trying to rejuvenate the property and breathing some new life into this old plot of land. If you are not familiar with TNSF or AANR you can do a quick internet search and see some basic guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain does typically operate as a blind service venue meaning we do business online and we and or our maintenance team may not be seen during your stay. We have a good team in place to help your stay be enjoyable please just understand we don’t operate like some of the nudist clubs you may be used to. Sunset Mountain is a nice quiet place to relax and work on your tan. We have RV sites, tent camping areas and overlanding sites. As lodging options we have a converted bus and shipping container. The campground has a bathroom facility with indoor shower and seasonal outdoor showers. We have a hot tub and propane grill guests can use year round along with hiking trails in the summer and a swimming pool. Sunset Mountain is near the Elk River in Noel Missouri and close to Northwest Arkansas where there are mountain biking trails, museums and many other activities. Sunset Mountain is listed on the Monarch Butterfly Waystation registry as well. Come stay on the buff bluff! We are located 1.2 miles away from the Noel city park that has free Elk River access, 4 miles to Mt. The pasture is quite visible from Old Route 66, nearly adjoining it. Therefore people traveling “the Mother Road” find it convenient to stay with us. Grass is the best forage for horses, especially older ones, so we take care of our pastures, making for beautiful scenery for campers, too. Plus the entire back mile is bordered by old forest. And there is a swimming hole not a half mile away. This is a quiet and private site, bordered by a neighbor's old forest on back, other neighbor's cattle pasture on side, and you're in one of the pastures used by the Horse Sanctuary. (You are camping about 1/4 mile, more or less, from our house.) We regularly see coyote, wild turkeys, deer, fireflies, and the like.   We are just 1/2 mile off Old Route 66, therefore there are quirky little museums and great restaurants (for such a rural area!).   Plus we are only about an hour's drive from Branson. MO. which is a known tourist attraction.

Booked this about a month out for my trip thru Texas. The RV park is pretty new according to Anthony the owner who greeted me after my arrival. It's very well laid out with 10 newly built tiny homes and many pull thru fully equipped RV spaces. The park also contains full bathrooms, laundry facilities, dog park, pickle ball court, code enabled entry gate and a disc golf course. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay especially if you like full rv hookups resort like atmosphere spotless clean amenities. The price to stay was a bargain considering all the amenities provided.

When I arrived I was upgraded to a site that had a small privacy wall a couple chairs and some neatly decorated route 66 paraphernalia on the privacy wall. The RV park has full electric, water and sewer hookups on each site. There is a bathhouse that contains men's and women's bathrooms with showers and a washer dryer area for campers use. I must say the bath house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The park itself has a New Mexico midwest vibe to it even though it's in Southwest Missouri. Would definitely go there again.

There was plenty of space for our dogs to run and play, and we loved that we had the place to ourselves during our stay. Full hookups at this price are hard to beat. It was the perfect reset stop for us. Would definitely stay again!

I just wanna say that Justin has been very helpful and understanding to my husband and I and are dog. He made it very easy to find where they was located. Very kind people and very beautiful spots to stay . I definitely will be staying and I recommend Justin and his land to stay at . Hands down.

1 night at Stardust Market Garden

This is my third time camping here as a stopover on a roadtrip and I have enjoyed every stay. It is close enough to the highway to be easy to get to and off the beaten path enough to be a quiet place where you can encounter wildlife. Kelda is welcoming and a good communicator. I also appreciate the access to drinking water and a bathroom. I would definitely recommend Stardust.
