The front area includes their home, garden (guests can take produce), and a shop for their turf business. Chickens roam freely near the host house, so pets should be monitored. There are also calm honeybees on site. Hipcamp sites are located at the back, along with a pond for swimming and fishing. From May to September, guests can use beach toys, a paddle board, kayak, and paddle boat. Hammocks and a large playground are also available for guests to enjoy.

Perfect spot for tent camping! The site was peaceful, private, and well-kept with plenty of flat ground for our tent and scenic walking trails. Brenda was friendly and responsive, and everything was exactly as described. Her son’s loaded us up with fire wood, too!

It was exactly what new needed. We were traveling to CO and needed a place to sleep along the way. It was quite. It looked like other ppl were living or traveling too. But not one bothered us. It is on an unpaved road, just fyi.

It's a nice place to stay. It's essentially her backyard. It overlooks the passing road and she has some backyard furniture with back lighting around. You don't have to worry about setting up tables and chairs. If you need a bathroom you do need to run down to a nearby gas station. A partially enclosed spot to set up a camping potty would be a nice addition. All in all, it was a pretty good camp. Tasha is very friendly and hospitable. Would recommend.

This was a perfect overnight for me. Slightly off the beaten track, and down a dusty gravel road. But so worth it. The site was level. The birds were chirping, and I was truly happy. I did have to button up my campervan when the raccoon showed up, but seeing wildlife is always a bonus. I’d recommend this Hipcamp site to anyone, be it for a single night, or longer.
