At Morels on the Wabash Your Tee-Pee is up and waiting on a 30ft x 30 ft deck. Your campsite sits majestically on the Wabash River. Surrounded by nesting Bald Eagles, White Tail deer and the elusive River Otter. A private island to explore and listen to the rusting of the state tree, the Sycamore. The campsite hosts a private hot tub on the deck right outside your 20ft Tee-Pee. Off the deck a few steps is your multiple fire pits, canoes, kayaks, and your own private boat ramp to the river. Various types of barbecue grills just off the steps of the deck. The Tee-Pee is decorated with early American Native American artifacts. Comfortable full bed, small refrigerator, ice machine, dry sink. In the common area you may enjoy wifi, shower and modern bathing facilities. Port A Potty just outside your Tee-Pee area also. At Morels, many activities exists on the ground; Horse shoes, chipping cage to improve your swings, volleyball net, Tether ball, various archery target and clay shooting area. The Wabash river provides a beautiful River beach are that boasts 200 hundred yards of river frontage. Multiple species of game fish in the waters of the Wabash. Come enjoy the moon lights on the Wabash River. The Native Americans called this area of the Wabash river "Wa Wa See ', meaning White rock due to the Lime stone formations. The history of the Wabash corridor is almost lost to time. Come get rejuvenated at Morels. Clamping on the Wabash is best suited for adults with a flare for adventure. This romantic clamping site is best suited for the experienced camper. Primitive camping aspects still await you. Be prepared for all weather. Please take the time to look up some the attractions Logansport has to offer; France Park, River side Park, Mississinewa Reservoir in Miami County. Madam Carrol on Lake Freeman in Monticello, Whyte Horse Winery.

When you hear Indiana, You’re likely thinking what’s so special about it? Most people don’t realize just how beautiful the scenery and full of history southern Indiana is along the Ohio River. About a 15 minute drive to Old Historic Madison, Indiana. Where they have the beautiful Clifty Falls State park, a Walmart, Kroger, Lowes, Tractor supply, and tons of restaurants and bars. Madison hosts all sorts of summer activities, there’s typically something happening every weekend. 4th of July weekend Downtown Madison has the unlimited hydroplane boat races and roostertail festival. Live music, boats racing at an impressive 200+Mph! Fireworks and a large diversity of food and craft venders. Madison also has wineries and little museums. Or enjoy a stroll/jog on the river walk. If you’re looking to find a little more peace and seclusion we can offer you just that! We have a Fairly decent sized farm It’s nice and quiet, plenty of opportunity to get in touch with nature’s beauty. Enjoy the sun rise Early mornings and sun set in the evenings. Chances are high for seeing some wildlife. We have deer, wild turkey, rabbits, all types of birds including a bald eagle usually flying close by. Fishing! Yes it’s available!! I do have limited access to a pond that can be fished. No license required! Catch and release only River fishing: I am willing to show some good spots on the Ohio river. A fishing license will be required. I have ample space for basic tent camping, Rv/ skoolie parking/ storage. Or if you want to get out there with raw nature, I have a couple great spots for Dispersed camping. Some of our favorite features We have to offer everyone, are the wide open night sky for stargazing and seeing the Milky Way, Private fishing and waterfalls! No Need to worry about crowds, enjoy the nature and waterfalls in seclusion. There really is something for everyone in the Family to enjoy

Enough to run a small AC and unit.  City Water available.  The site has a fire ring. Wood for sale or bring your own. This site backs up to the lake. There is a sand beach within 20 feet. Nice Dock to set on or fish. Catch and release. Quiet hours from 11p to 7am.  You are just 11 miles from Madison.  Madison has many festivals all summer and fall.  Close enough to drive yet out of the crowded campgrounds and noise.  Bring your floats and enjoy the lake during summer. Must wear an approved life jacket.  Kids must be supervised as there is NO life guard on duty.Fires must be put out when done.   Major Holidays require 3 nights stay.
