This place is so much fun and very secluded. The water is clear and my kids had fun swinging on the rope and swimming, we also did some light fishing. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They have a friendly dog that visits, so keep your food up. Only thing I would complain about is my own phone, I had no signal (att).
We will be back!

We enjoyed our quick getaway at this campsite. For about $50 per night, you’ll get a semi-private site, direct parking & creek access, fire pits & spend some time with their dog. I wish both sites had their own access to the creek, however, for more privacy. (My bf & I expected to relax alone, but the pit toilet is between the two sites & there was only access to the creek from our side, so the other family staying walked through our site often.) The creek and animals were gorgeous & the trains didnt bother us at all, though they came through frequently. The owner came down to check on us when we arrived & when we were set to leave, but they were flexible on check in/out times. Would come back for sure!

We loved the site. I got to go swimming in the creek and we had a wonderful fire. Unfortunately our tent stopped being waterproof during a storm so we had to leave early but we'll be back!

I just want to say if you've been thinking about staying here... Do it! This place is beautiful, with plenty to do! My son had so much fun playing with willy, and he made him feel super safe while missing his big puppies. Wonderful hosts!

What an incredible experience. Thank you Steve and Dawn for sharing you little piece of heaven with us! We had the entire camp site area to ourselves. Tenting right on the river was so peaceful. Listening to the sounds of the rapids roll over the rocks while listening to birds singing was such a beautiful sound. There is a train that rolls through so if you are not used to that maybe bring some ear plugs lol! We come from a train town so that wasn't a bother to us at all. Dawn amd Steve have a dog Willie whom came to visit us a few times but was such a sweet boy. We have a medium size dog who Willie enjoyed playing with. Did a small amount of fishing, walking and a whole lot of relaxing! Much appreciated! Definitely a spot to visit. I believe we will be back!!

Just the perfect place for primitive camping! Listening to the sound of the creek flowing at night is so relaxing, although train passes every hour or two didn’t bother us much. The owners were very friendly and attentive to their guests. We would definitely go back to foreaker and highly recommend to outdoor and camping enthusiasts.
