This property offers a pavilion that measures 16x20, and a picnic table that can seat 10-12 people. We have extended our tent pad to be able to add up to 4 big tents measuring roughly 40x17-18. Please be honest about the number of guests that are coming max is 20, if you want more than that don't hesitate to get in touch with me separately. Mostly cause I clean and want to ensure it's clean for the next camper. This tent site is PACK IN PACK OUT. I don’t have city services, if you need trash services It's $7.50 per TRASH BAG that I need to take out. Outhouse is a pit toilet, but I make sure it does not stink and is extremely clean. I only have it listed as 1 place so you can have a family reunion or just come as a family.
When you come to our place we have an accenting driveway, and a large boulder retaining wall with a gray gate to keep the camp secured and keep range cows out.
This property is a working homestead. YOU WILL SEE ANIMALS and hear US working especially if you hike up the main road where we live. WE HAVE separation however we are still needing to manage the land and the animals. The campsite we don't enter, but we have to access the main road to run errands or go to work. We do our own thing and the campers do their own thing. If you are curious about the farm and operations we are happy to show you around and you are welcome to explore but you WILL RUN INTO us :) we don't mind as long as you don't mind.

The walk to the lake is approximately 1,000 feet to the back gate, with an additional walk or ride across public trust land depending on current water levels. This area between our property and the lake is regulated by the Idaho Department of Lands and is considered state-owned public land, meaning we are not permitted to modify or maintain the path beyond our property line. As such, conditions may vary and the path may occasionally be muddy or difficult to navigate. While access may require extra care, we’ve personally made the walk with our children (ages 5 to 15) even in high water years. The lake in this area is very shallow for several hundred feet, making it ideal for wading and kid-friendly fun when the beach is exposed.
There is no on-site boat launch, but public ramps are just a short drive away.
Please note there are a couple of shallow ditches on the property that may occasionally hold standing water. These have never posed an issue, but we recommend keeping an eye on young children just to be safe. Also, FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
With plenty of space to spread out and no crowded campgrounds in sight, this spot is ideal for RVers and campers seeking peace, privacy, and unforgettable views.

This is grain bin glamping. Expect it to be like camping except for not in a tent.. there is power enough for lights and to power your devices. The temperatures are the same as inside a tent. I have 2 bins available that sleeps 2 each. There is a porta potty next to each one. There will be outdoor showers, but currently the shower bathroom, it's up at the barn. This is still under development, so more will be added with every grain bin having it's own unique personality. This is also the best views of bear lake that you can get. This area of the property often as deer rabbits, and sometimes even moose strolling through it. No wood fires during the summer months, as it's too dry. I will provide a gas fire for an extra cost.

Gracious host, comfortable site, beautiful view. We did not book far enough in advance, however, communicating with the host we were able to secure a two-night stay. After a minor matter with the power receptacle and the host having a branch trimmed on a tree due to the size of our RV, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to others.

We loved this stay! The grain bin was super comfy, and the view was incredible. The shower was quirky but worked great. Beautiful spot to have a beer at sunset. Loved the native landscaping too. Definitely worth a stay. Ben is doing amazing, creative building here. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as described and we had such a good time! We were able to walk down to the lake and the beach was beautiful! The water was warm and so blue. Christina was so communicative and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Ear Lake Rasberry Patch is the best camping spot in Bear Lake if you don’t like crowds, with beautiful views and is very peaceful! The owner John is the friendliest, most helpful host. We had issues with our plug and he did everything to accommodate us, even though he didn’t have to. You are missing out if you don’t stay here. We will be back as soon as we can!

Beautiful steampunkesque glamping spot with a million dollar view on a uniquely and well crafted property. All was clean, including the porta potty which was cleaner than some bathrooms I've experienced. Bedding was fresh and comfortable. Felt we had the whole place to ourselves. We were thankful to have one night of clear sky to watch the stars because it gets so dark out there. We'll definitely be back!

This is an amazing spot with a view as good as the pictures. I remember looking at the photos and thinking, "could this be real?" Well, it is. The owner, John, is about the friendliest host one could imagine. Endlessly helpful, always respectful of my privacy, and hyper-accommodating, it was the best glamping experience I could imagine. Truly, a slice of heaven.

Beautiful setting! Hard to beat the location. The property is just as described. The pavilion is really nice to have and there was ample space for camping and kids to run around. The hand wash station is a nice touch.
The stars were unreal on our last night when it was clear. Being right next to the lake really helps with the darkness at night. Enjoyed our stay!

Thank you Ben! The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the room is breathtaking with an entire panoramic view of the lake. We loved sitting out at night star gazing and listening to the sounds of the bugs at night. It’s a peaceful spot. Our dogs felt very comfortable we will definitely be booking in the future!

They are excellent hosts and keep their property very well kept for their guests. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at Blue Haven! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and so peaceful. There was plenty of space for the whole family—we even had a kickball game! Christina was quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Christina’s! Tons of space for us and the dogs to play. I think you probably could’ve accessed the water but we didn’t try. Bear Lake is gorgeous and we will be back for longer next time!

We were the first group to use this site. Chad did a great job and he was very responsive/helpful. The beach access is the best part oft he stay. the water is nice and shallow and sandy and perfect for a Bear Lake beach day.
