Amazing hosts, beautiful farm and great amenities. So many great things about this place. Location is great. Hiking, beach and town all super close. Highly recommend showering beneath the banana trees. It’s a treat. Patrick, Nathan and Jenny made us feel welcome and helped us when we needed it. Would definitely recommend and come back.

What an incredible place! We were welcomed with freshly picked bananas straight from the trees and encouraged to enjoy the fruit and veggies growing all around. Every detail—from the cozy cabin and peaceful camping spots to the thoughtfully designed bathrooms—reflects so much care and love. The location is just a short drive from Haleiwa and felt completely safe! Definitely recommend :)

Wow! We stayed at the cabin on the farm for our one year anniversary and it exceeded our expectations! The farm was clean, really well laid out and handled with care by such amazing people, Patrick was a joy to meet and chat with. So much Mahalo! The special touches during our stay were so thoughtful and so appreciated. The true off grid farm that has so much fruit, herbs, chickens and farm dogs (who we loved visits from) and still being able to offer the convenience of home in a thoughtful and sustainable way. Weekend Trip to Aloha Family Farms

Great location near town with lots of great eateries and local markets. Chiarinas land is beautiful with fruit trees and the shower was amazing. Remember your staying on a farm with roosters so be aware they will awaken you early.

Weekend Trip to Sun Farm Hawaii @ Koko Head

I stayed at Sun Farm Hawaii near Koko Head for a vehicle overnight, and it was a fantastic experience. The site was very accommodating — easy to access and well thought out — and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You're surrounded by a large, vibrant garden that gives the whole place a peaceful, natural feel. The surrounding area is stunning, with many scenic spots just a short drive away. This is a great base for exploring the east side of Oahu while enjoying a quiet, restful place to return to. Highly recommended!

Positives: host, location, shower, flush toilet w/bidet, I felt safe. The beach is right across the road and the beautiful mountains are the backdrop. The host and I had a very nice conversation. I booked the site in the back, off of the main road. As a woman, traveling solo, sleeping in my car, I felt comfortable and safe. If you’re expecting luxury, this might not be the right choice for you, but if you really just need somewhere to sleep and access to a shower and potty, this could be the one. Additional plus, your money is going to a Native Hawaiian.

Flat location with lots of space and nicely manicured with multiple outdoor seating options! Hosts were accommodating and happy to lend a hand when we ran into vehicle issues the night before our flight. Would recommend 👍

Absolutely awesome time here. Lots of shade. A full outdoor kitchen, showers, washrooms. They have sitting areas for you to eat and hang out. Very nice staff and relaxing vibe. When we come back we will be here again!

Weekend Trip to Sun Farm Hawaii @ Koko Head

Had a great stay at Sun Farm. It’s close to hikes and beaches with farm animals and plants and clean showers / bathrooms. Plus shared kitchen and amenity space to make camping while on vacation super convenient. Would definitely stay here again! I also had some car trouble during my stay and one of the hosts was so generous and helpful.

1 night at Maleka Farm: Camper-van & Tent

Great option to spend a night in a beautiful spot. We were worried about flooding due to a storm, but it wasn’t an issue. The grass did get pretty wet and flooded in some areas, so it’s important to have flip flops and to know that that can happen and you’ll be walking through water to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were wonderful and there was a microwave we could have used which I appreciated. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and all the other guests were friendly and quiet which was great. Highly recommend.

Self-checked in, pitched my tent, and self-checked out two days later with no issues. Bathroom and shower were clean and shower had hot water. Would probably pitch a tent there again some day :)

Waking up to that melodic chorus, surrounded by dense greenery and dappled sunlight, was pure magic. The site itself was clean, spacious, and well-situated—secluded enough to feel immersed in nature, yet easily accessible. It perfectly met our needs for peace, beauty, and a deep reconnection with the wild. Whether lounging by the stream or stargazing at night, every moment felt intentional. The air was alive, the energy grounding. Truly a rare gem—we left feeling restored, inspired, and already dreaming of our return.
