What a wonderful respite for me and my three dogs. The goal was to come explore the Chattanooga area, do some hiking, and relax. . I did the farm tour also. Really a neat experience. I hope to come visit again someday.!

It was so peaceful and quiet. My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at starlight haven and it was so relaxing. Everything was so clean and the tent was the cutest thing. We had a good time and the host were just as great as everything else. They were very prompt to answering any questions we had. All around, I'd rate them stars 🌟

We such a wonderful time staying at the Peaceful Hollow Farm glamping tent for a night! The tent was on a level platform and there was even a partitioned area for the potty, covered with a screen. The cookware, double burner, and electricity that were provided were greatly appreciated and the city water was a nice surprise. We made s’mores at the campfire and relaxed on the Adirondack chairs for a while in the evening. The next morning, we did the short hike nearby with our little ones and we had fun searching for, picking, and eating the ripe wild blackberries. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour, meeting the cashew goats, llamas, chickens, etc. That was a special treat for the family! Darla and Bon were great and we felt at home. We would definitely come back to do the longer hikes and greet the adorable animals, especially the cashmere goats again 😊

Weekend Trip to Peaceful Hollow Farm
My stay at Darla’s was amazing! The glamping tent was clean and cozy, with everything I needed, and the goats and llamas were adorable. Darla was extremely friendly and helpful in giving me rides up and down the hill, even in the pouring rain! There is a beautiful hiking trail from her property that was the best part of my visit. I would absolutely stay again.

This spot was very nice! The trail was close by and exciting, plus the tent was well maintained with plenty of supplies. The host are very welcoming as the helped us multiple times throughout my stay. Had a wonderful time!

I really enjoyed staying at this campsite. Darla was very attentive, and was available every time I needed a ride down the hill to my car. There’s a great hiking trail that takes you up to the base of a mountain, with a great view. Nighttime vibes were awesome. Definitely recommend.

We had such a great night/morning at Peaceful Hollow Farm! We found that my old car wasn’t quite equipped to make it to the campsite on the gravel drive but Bob and Darla were happy to assist us to the site and made sure we felt right at home! The tent and site itself is well equipped with all you need to enjoy your camping stay (cooking utensils, a percolator for coffee, some board games, a lantern, etc) and Darla even made sure to leave us a heated blanket in the tent since it ended up being in the 30s on the night we stayed - this was such a considerate touch! The bed was comfortable, the fire pit was lovely in the evening (they included the firewood for us, which was so nice!), and the ambiance was so relaxing. We are already planning to visit again and will definitely be adding the farm tour to our stay next time! These hosts are so kind and helpful and just overall lovely people. Thank you, Bob and Darla!

This incredible glamping spot on the cutest farm in Chattanooga, Tennessee was nothing short of magical! Darla and Bob are the sweetest hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. The cozy tent with its comfortable bed provided the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Spending our evenings around the cozy fire pit, stargazing, was truly unforgettable experience.
This property is a peaceful haven, allowing us to disconnect from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with ourselves. By the time we left, we felt completely refreshed, reset, and at peace! There is a hiking trail with gorgeous views right on the property and the the cutest Llamas, Sheep, Goats and chickens :)
We cannot recommend this place enough—whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a unique adventure, this gem in Chattanooga is the perfect escape!

Beautiful glamping experience! Stayed here for New Years Eve in one of the safari tents, #11, Pecan, was away from the ground & had 2 egg chairs, a hot tub & grill outside. Inside was a beautiful, soft, full-size bed, as well as 2 extra blankets & a strong heater, a white porcelain tub with a removable shower-head, thick, large, plush white towels, then in the kitchen, a Keurig, with basic plate-ware, mini fridge, microwave, as well as a little eating area. There’s also a large TV & the board game, Scrabble. Things to keep in mind: this is still “glamping”; light is limited after dark both outside & inside the tent; the water in the tub wasn’t hot; lukewarm at best. Pro-tip: for an easy dinner option, we got hot dogs, baked beans & chips at the Ingles, about 20 minutes away & heated in microwave. It felt like a romantic and unique experience, overall. The Weiss Lake glistens. We got to visit Mentone, AL during the day to see the hippie/art culture scene there, super cool. Didn’t get a chance to meet anyone while glamping, but the privacy was nice & appreciated. We will definitely be back!

The tent was very clean & spacious. Beds were fairly comfortable. The bathrooms & facilities were very clean & kept warm. We were right by the playground which was perfect for the kids, and the bathroom was close too. While the tent did have a heating/cooling unit, I’d suggest bringing extra blankets & at least 1 space heater for cold nights. We were able to keep the tent a comfortable temperature with the help of our space heater, but without it we would’ve been pretty cold overnight.

Darla and Bob were amazing hosts. They were so kind, and helpful and their property was beautiful! We loved looking at the full moon by our fire, and getting to say hello to all the cute animals during the day! Also only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We loved it!
