Welcome to the country! It’s just a short 15 mile drive to Cleveland, 20 miles to Dalton, 25 miles to the Ocoee River, and 40 miles to downtown Chattanooga. This pull through site provides full hookup - water and sewer, 30/50 amp, fire pit, picnic table and trash pickup. For site number 3 (the one my wife and I stayed at) it was an easy back in to get our 45 toy hauler into the site. Sites 1 and 2 may have presented a challenge for our size rig but they are very spacious. All of the sites that is. Entry and exit of the park was easy and straight forward. We loved the close proximity to family in the area especially for our Thanksgiving stay. There was one limb that was touching the back corner of our roof and with a simple call to William, the issue was resolved quickly with a quick cut from his pole saw. We definitely plan to return to Deer Valley RV in the future. Thank you William!

Perfect weekend getaway! Had An amazing time at the Blue Fork Farm. It’s a beautiful property and Andy & Anna provide all you could ask for. Short drive to several nice hikes and nature walks and a lil longer to go into town for food or other things you might need. 10/10

Weekend Trip to Oak Hill RV in Southeast TN

It worked perfect for us being in town playing ball. We were not there much but it is only 15 minutes from Edwards Park. One guy did stop on the road while my daughter was on the zip line and just asked was everything good. As someone mentioned in one of the post there is chicken houses around and every now and then if you are outside you can smell them but it is not terrible.

Wonderful camp site #3 next to a lovely creek and a convenient camp toilet. It was easy to find the site, it was very private, and the stars were bright! We included two bundles of wood with our booking and we were very happy with the quality of the wood and the amount. Well worth the money. We would definitely return

Beautiful property located in the heart of suburban Atlanta. To be honest, wasn't what I thought thinking this Aaron's land was further out of town? However, to Aaron's credit, he has chosen NOT to develop his gorgeous property and keep it pristine and instead turn it into an RV haven. Coming in from the highway with a large rig, it was a little nerve wracking coming in through town and into his property, but if I can fit ANYONE can fit. Lots of separation from others. Wonderful space.

The host is a good human. The site is tucked away from road and offers plenty of privacy. It's a pretty area. I'd definitely stay there again. Convenient for anyone traveling or just looking for a quick rural getaway. Definitely recommend.

Such a lovely spot! Anna was so friendly and welcoming and her land was absolutely beautiful. We got to meet her 2 dogs Beatrice and Woolly and both were such a delight. We also got to pet her lovely horses and ponies. Can’t recommend this spot enough. We’ll be back soon.

Perfect for rugged camping but with shelter & a shower! Feels secluded, but you still have cell service & civilization nearby in case you need anything. Also lots of historical sites nearby. Caught a few fish in the pond & enjoyed cooking over the fire. Cabin & bathroom were clean and owners were extremely nice! Would love to come back in summer so I can enjoy the flowers!

There are so many things to love about Candy Mountain Goat Farm. The Upper RV pad was lovely, private space complete with water and electric. Scott is a friendly, helpful host who took time to welcome us, help us set up camp and introduce us to the friendly goats, chickens and the 2 very friendly pups who also call this little farm their home. It rained on us most of the visit but we still had a fun time shopping goat soaps and lotions in the farm store, walking the trails on the property, cooking up the fresh eggs Scott gathered for us just this morning, watched a movie on the shared Plex server, caught up on blog posts with the free WiFi, and gazing at the beautiful trees all around us.
