Beautiful waterfront lot with nearly an acre of land. Access to the water view, and 1 mile from a beautiful beach that’s rarely crowed. There is a rustic shared camping cabin with a shower, toilet and kitchen which was built by my grandfather in the 1930s. You have access to many hoses and it’s possible to hook up an RV for an extra charge. The property is large, as we own 3 lots, so there is plenty of space to post up. We will be adding a luxury water view glamping tent soon if you would like an upgrade. The main 3 bedroom house is also for rent and sleeps 10 people. We have two paddleboards for rent, and its possible to pay to use a laundry room if its available. Private yoga and massage is also available, but must be booked in advance. Paddleboards: $15/hour or $35/day Washer-Dryer: $10/day Massage/Yoga: $100/hour

We do not allow cancellations outside of the window with refunds for rain or normal Florida weather systems. Our tents are rated for winds have proven to be safe and dry during storms. We have never had a flooding issue on the land and we supply umbrellas for walking to the bathroom. Our canvas glamping bell tents are nestled in to nature. All the tents have a beautiful Florida forest view and is located in a private area of the campground. All of our sites are pet friendly except for the Jupiter glamping tent. There is a community outhouse like no other outhouse you have seen and a beautiful community outdoor shower with hot water. We have a community fire pit for all to enjoy. We have an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, propane burner, and a coffee station. We also have potable water available for campers. Leave the city behind & step into a place that when the sun goes down puts on a stargazer's dream display of constellations. The relaxing outdoor space has a firepit, bushcraft cooking area, picnic table, shower, sink, & toilet. Tent NOT included in rental you will need to bring your own tent. During the day there are trails & bird watching or nearby, is Blue Grotto, Devils Den & Crystal River. After dinner relax next to the fire pit, play horseshoes, or challenge each other to corn hole. The landscape is filled with opportunities for nature encounters of butterflies, hawks, owls, wrens, and deer. This property is a bird watchers paradise. Here in macclenny, we have a grocery store and walmart only a couple minutes away. You can be at the beach in under 50 minutes, and a dozen springs within an hour as well!
