It’s all taken care of for you, nestled on a custom dug terrace overlooking my private canyon. Sunrises and sunsets are a dream! This RV is parked for you, set, and ready to enjoy. City water is provided (I fill it for each visitor). I also take care of the sewage and grey tanks for every visitor. This is an off grid property, with all the amenities you need. There is no cell service, but I have you covered. Starlink satellite is on site, and gives you super fast, high speed connection. Enjoy 20 acres of wildflowers, quiet nights, and stunning canyon views. Unfortunately, due to high fire danger in our area, fires are not currently allowed. The RV is fully equipped for comfort, with a brand new detached dual fuel generator. It has a queen size bed, two bunk beds, and a convertible dining table that makes into another full sized bed. Sleep 5 in comfort. Adventure nearby: fish the Poudre River (10 minutes) or catch live music at Mishawaka Amphitheater (20 minutes). Peace. Quiet. Spring colors. Adventure. In a secluded private mountain canyon! Kings Canton is tucked away. I have spent 8 years rebuilding the road for access by most vehicles. Four wheel drive is recommended just in case, but not necessary. The private road has loose gravel in spots. Most SUVs can access. I have had my Ford Focus and my Toyota Prius up there (although some people say I’m crazy). I don’t recommend kings canyon for anyone with fear of heights! The roads are safe, but there are steep drops and switchbacks. Explore my property and witness hummingbird migrations. They fly here from Mexico. If you’re unsure about access, or anything else, please message me prior to booking and I’ll give you my honest assessment. No one knows Kings Canyon better than I do!

Weekend Trip to The Bluebear at Y Double-K Ranch

My stay at Cesar’s cabin was wonderful! I had everything I needed, plus more. The bed was comfortable and clean, I had ample options for seating, the toilet was well-kept, and there were several appliances as my disposal. The site itself is on beautiful, private, and quiet land. There’s even a National Forest entrance nearby.

Sunset runs LATE so you sooo much time to enjoy the sunset and golden hour.

The Blue Bear cabin was absolutely gorgeous!! The wood burning stove (with wood chopped to the perfect size by the lad, shout out him) made the cabin so warm! The outhouse was super clean and very convenient. The view from the cabin is absolutely stunning and the quiet of the mountains is wonderful. Thank you so much for hosting us! We can’t wait to come again!

Have stayed here a few times and it’s been pleasant and peaceful every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tranquil quiet stay somewhere off the beaten path but still in an easy drive from the city.

We stayed in Blue Bear and had a lovely time! The amenities are great (outhouse, some snacks, refrigerator, power, grill, etc). The view from the cabin and scenery around it is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival, I got to meet Linda- one of the amazing hosts, and her very friendly dogs and goats! 😍 This was truly the perfect little getaway from Denver! You have everything you need in this cozy and spacious spot! I spent two nights up here by myself. Spent the day hiking Brainard Lake, then getting cozy by the outdoor and indoor fireplace. My last morning here, I woke up to a Winter Wonderland! Wow! I would have stayed an extra night, but sadly it was already booked. I will definitely be back again soon! 🤩

This land is beautiful, the lodge even better. But what made it all worth it was the reassurance that everything was going to work out. I had constant communication with Cesar as we had been travelling 18 hrs from Houston Texas. They made everything easy, asking questions and being patient. The lodge was stocked with necessities and even provided a grill, propane, a boot brush and even more two sources of heat. We were able to chop our own wood as well as purchase them from Cesar. It was all worth the drive and made my husband's and I anniversary exciting.

This tiny home was the perfect place for our girl’s weekend! It was a great mix of somewhere unique while still feeling homey and comfortable. We had three people staying in one tiny home and it was the perfect size. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different than a boring hotel!

Such a beautiful, quiet property. An even more beautiful sheepwagon! Such a cool idea. Shannon has made it so extremely comforting inside, and I was so warm with the heater and all of the cozy bedding. Such sweet animals - including a cat to keep me company each time I used the bathroom in the barn haha. Thank you so much for opening up your space, coming from Pennsylvania, this was a great visual opportunity for me to gain inspiration in the life I feel called to.

Cabin was very quaint and beautiful. Located in a very quiet area where we could just disconnect from everything for a few nights. It was exactly what we needed. We were very fortunate with the weather in December and will definitely have to come back!! Thank you for everything and an amazing quiet, relaxing weekend!

Weekend Trip to A-Lodge Boulder

Deer came right down to the Lodge, plenty of creature comforts in the kitchen, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, with wifi and central heat. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Trailhead on site for a good hike, or another right across the hwy. King Suite was spacious, check in was easy, be ready for an extra deposit fee.

Top tier stay. The view is spectacular and the cabin was really complete feeling for the size of it. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. We bumped into the owner and he seemed like a very nice guy too! The wood stove brought us much joy and inspired many ideas.

The property was extremely beautiful and Shannon was very kind, friendly and accommodating. The wagon was charming and the decor was very inviting. There was even a friendly farm cat that came and said hello to us! The trip felt magical overall. Wonderful hosts, wonderful scenery, and very welcoming.
