Each site is located near one of our creeks so you can enjoy the sounds of flowing water. Visit our *two* large waterfalls on a hike through 30 beautiful acres. Our light show at dusk lasts approximately 3 hours each evening because we believe that nighttime should be just as beautiful as the day. Breathtaking views of Ironside Mountain make a gorgeous backdrop for weddings, events, and photoshoots. Ask about whole property rental!
Each site rental comes with shared access to modern off-grid showers, restrooms (including our very popular clawfoot tub), and an outdoor kitchen with BBQs and a wood-fired pizza oven plus public space that is Instagram worthy. Free WIFI is also included, so it is perfect for remote workers.
Check-in is contactless and simple. We only allow 2-10 guests on the property at once, so it's peaceful and quiet and feels like it's all yours! Don't wait to book because space is very limited.

This property has been in the family since 1922. During a time of no roads just the railroad that passed through, and a river ferry.
At the entrance of the property was the town of Skelly, with a post office, train stop, animal corrals and railroad logging spurs. The lands primary use was ranching and timber back then. The flat that the camp ground is located on is the site of the old Larrabee school house after the 1955 flood took out the original school house.
The railroad was closed indefinitely in 1996, which changed the entire landscape for this small community. This area is accessible by a low water bridge in the summer months and offers a spot to slip back in time.
Today the land is a great example of sustainably harvest redwoods, a project that was established by great grandpa and is still in practice today. The timber surrounds the pastures and farm land that now produces hay.
We acquired this land 5 years ago and have spent countless hours restoring the fields, managing the forest and creating a working sustainable environment.
It is a very special place and offers peace and quite to those who enjoy the out doors and camping.

Amazing campsite!
We are privileged that Gina opened up this unique site and made it available for others to experience. (If it was my property, I'd keep it to myself ; )
We stayed with 17' travel trailer and enjoyed being up-close and personal with the majestic redwoods. Sites are very spacious with or without other guests. Water and common areas are well planned and laid out.
Gina's property is the perfect getaway to recharge and offers the ideal blend of historic Redwoods, open pastures, and very cool nearby bridges for exploring. Kids were happy, parents were happy, we'll definitely be back.

100% would recommend staying here. A lovely escape that Mallory and Jeff clearly have put a lot of work into curating for guests. It feels very remote but with the comforts of a well-stocked camp kitchen, fast WiFi, and honestly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The Rockslide Bar down the road is the perfect place to grab a drink or a bite to eat while hanging with the locals.

Siena’s “camp” was a quiet and simple place to land. The bed in the camper was comfy. Her orchard was full of apples 🍏 and we woke to dove song.

The host was super hospitable, and answered all my questions I had about the area as someone looking to move here, he was always consistent about checking if we need anything (without being over bearing!) and just helpful in general. Beautiful gardens, loved watching the deer graze around the apple trees, all the birds, etc! Very peaceful experience (which is ideal since buying property is up there in terms of stressful life events!)

I had so much fun at Radio Ranch!! I'd never camped in my life and they made my first time so easy. The instructions were really clear and it wasn't difficult at all to get to the site. There were so many amenities and the room was nice and clean. Would definitely come back to get the massage and use the tub :) Def recommend !

This is a place to stay, but not a resort by any means. The sites are off the beaten path just slightly which means it is a quiet, country atmosphere near a river and next to horses. It could be described as rustic. The outhouse is clean and earth friendly. Water is available at a spigot nearby and the host had filtered water waiting in the unit. The bed was quite comfortable. We were traveling fully self sufficient so this was a great place to land for a couple nights. The host checked in several times by text to make sure we were doing OK, which was quite nice.

Darryl is a wonderful human being. His place was magical for us. It checked all the boxes, which were toilet, privacy, tranquility and wildlife. Darryl is a very attentive host and made sure we had everything that we needed or could ever want during our stay. After that, we hardly saw him or anyone else. Once booked, he reached out immediately and was quick to respond to every message. Directions were great - property was easy to find. The whole place was super quiet and tranquil. It was exactly as pictured.
We go camping to get closer to nature, to get peace/quiet, and get away from people and the chaos of highly populated areas. Darryl‘s place does not disappoint, if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s off the beaten path and secluded.
Our camp spot was perfect for us because it was right in the middle of all the wildlife. We had deer coming through our camp frequently. We got to watch the turkeys go to roost in the trees every night and glide down to the ground first thing in the morning. We fell asleep to the sound of the wind blowing in the trees, the birds chirping, and an owl hooting in the distance. It was like we were all alone on our own private island in the mountains. It was so nice that we decided against a motorcycle ride to Shelter Cove because we just wanted to stay in our campsite and enjoy it to the fullest. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Darryl!!
