Camp ikigai is a 72 acre farm/ranch stay near Sequoia-Kings (SEKI) Canyon Nat'l Parks. Rescued/EOL horses, sheep, chickens, and ducks freely roam the property. The property has a communal clubhouse with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, firepit, hot/cold showers, compost and pit toilets, and an above ground swimming pool. A seasonal 2 acre pond. We are about 25mi from sequoia and Kings Canyon right off the Highway 180 and a close drive from restaurants, stores. Beautiful views. We strive to make sure you have an amazing experience in the outdoors. A wonderful place to leave the city and soak up life on a sanctuary. Matt appreciates those campers who want to share the space kindly and enjoy the outdoors with intention. This space also provides so much to both novice and lifelong campers and is great for animal-loving children too. Don’t just visit to sleep and hike, make sure you spend time in community too!

Definitely go here! We had a fantastic stay in one of the yurts; Spencer was very welcoming and we loved meeting his dogs. The views are phenomenal, bathrooms are clean, showers had very hot water and great pressure. 10/10 would stay again!

Mark was a very responsive and kind host and also has a very beautiful property. My bestie and I booked a glamping experience and we both had a great time. Neighboring guests who were in tents were also respectful during the quiet hours. So we both were very well rested coming from our trip in Sequioa National Park. Animals on the property were kind too and didn’t bother us. The glamping site was also very clean and cozy. I’d definitely do it again. Sad to have only done it overnight. Still a very affordable option and a convenience if traveling to and from both Sequioa and Kings Canyon National Parks.

We had a great stay in the glamping tent! It is exactly as pictured. Cute and comfy, very private! We loved the serenity of the location and seeing the animals. Oliver, the sweet kitty, hung out with us while we played card games and chatted under the stars! Thanks for a great experience!

The camp is a perfect spot for people looking for communal outdoor recreation, with many friendly animals and amenities. It’s nearby the national parks and Fresno and you will definitely get to know the camp owners and other visitors. I would absolutely return! Be ready for the heat and bring a swimsuit and treats for the animals.

Mona’s place was amazing. It was so peaceful and comforting. The trailer was great and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Dale was so welcoming and was around just in case we needed anything. The kids loved the river and had a blast. I can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved the glamping tent. Even though it was very hot, we were happily surprised to have a cooling fan in the tent. We also really appreciated the access to power to charge our phones. Mark was very helpful throughout our stay and we loved seeing all the animals.

This place was perfect for us and our little boy. Tons of outdoor space for him to get his beans out. Very quiet, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The area by the river had a giant mulberry tree for him to snack on, and was a nice place to hang out. Mona and Dale were lovely hosts.

We had such a delightful stay at Marks place! The amenities and farm were beautiful and our daughter had a great time saying good morning to the sheep, getting to know the cats, and even picking a few oranges! The tent was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a power cube to charge our phones. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful - it was magical staying under the olive trees!

The host, Spencer, is awesome! He checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we need. He even loaned us a propane grill to use at our camp site! Campsite has awesome amenities like good bathrooms with hot showers. and ice machine!!, hot water kettle, and microwave. The Yurt is huge for two people with a good quality bed. Would definitely come back

We loved staying at Dunlap Canyon Retreat. Spencer’s a great host. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend! This placed offered a lot for families: pond, canoes, fishing, trampoline. We stayed in Yurt #2. It was clean, well taken care of, and comfy. Our dog Cash loved being able to run around and play. The bathrooms and showers were great. It was a great place for our group to launch from for some day trips into Sequoia and King’s Canyon parks.

Lovely gem of a place! Easy to find. It was fun to stay in a BIG trailer with pullouts after spending days in a camper van! Property is fenced. Very cool little compound located right on the king river. Swimming in the river was heavenly. Communicating with Mona was great over the app. Dale met us upon arrival and was a great, kind, helpful host and fun to talk to. We were only passing through to the coast on this trip and only stayed a night. If I had my way we’d have stayed a few more days and enjoyed the river and the peace and quiet. Would be a great place for family get- togethers. I would highly recommend this place!
