Raw land with a sense of serenity in the hills with views of the mountainous as a backdrop. 85.5 shapparelle covered natural acers. A nice flat spot to turn around. Relax and enjoy the sunsets and feel miles away from the city but yet still be in San Diego county. Only a 30 min drive to Rancho San Diego, Tecate, Chula Vista, and less than an hour from the Beaches. Fair climate year round. Wildlife includes Quail, coyote, bobcats, hawks. No bathroom ammetities at this time but there is an out door non private shower. There is a firepit and some chairs to relax in. Private brushed walking hiking trails. Gated access for a sense of security. Across the street there is a popular Winery open on the Weekends and a Taco stand with tacos cooked over an Oak fire open, Friday Saturday and Sundays. An open range shooting range is just up the road. The road getting to the property is paved but the land is not paved so if you are a pavemnt princess this is not the spot for you. If your up for a better view and have a 4x4 the top of the mountian has a supreme location with a great view. Great location for star gazing.

Located 5 minutes from everything: next door to Native Oaks Golf Club, walk to Valley Center’s famous Fat Ivor’s restaurant, Valley Center Market, AutoZone, Tractor Supply (RV supplies), or Southwest Feed (propane available). 5 minutes to Valley View Casino, and MNM Auto Repair is just 100 yards away if you need something fixed. Propane is available 100 yards away, and the gas station is across the street.

We had a group of 9 people and 4 dogs, including 4 vehicles. Frank did a great job of accommodating all of us and was very friendly and helpful with making sure we found his place with ease. We are all friends of Frank!

I loved Tent Camping on Franks land! He was a wonderful host, and he took care of us to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for somewhere that is full of nature and a getaway from the busy life, this is the perfect spot and the best host.
