Nalas Lake Play

1 site · RV, Tent1 acre · Lake Elsinore, CA
Welcome to Lake Elsinore!! Im excited to be your host and help you make some great memories! This land does have a slope. But it also has a flap spot ontop perfect for camping with some amazing lake views and some gorgeous night skys. The stars feel so close to you that you think you can just reach out and grab them! There is a paved road that leads to the top of the street which is the most recommended way to get to this property since the road that google maps gives you is not paved and its too narrow for some cars. You are close to homes and stores. But your also secluded away to give you some privacy. Making you feel at one with nature. This small town is sourrended by loving people making it a jewel not just for the views and lake. This land is perfect for camping tents, Glamping tents, 4x4 Car Campers, and even small RVs(There is a small slope to get up into the property so make sure your RV is capable). The Property is just 3 minutes away from Lake Elsinore, here you can fish, swim, BBq, and many more activity that the lake offers. Being so close to it makes you want to be out there all day and come back at night to enjoy your night shows on the property with the stars. The property seize is 0.11 acres which is 4,791sq Feet. Only about 800sq Feet has a slope the rest is just flat land ontop. That gives you 3,800+ sq feet of land to just enjoy and have fun on!

Zephyr Mountain Avocado Grove

3 sites · RVs, Tents22 acres · Wildomar, CA
The area was once going to be developed into farm properties, but only two stick built residents were developed. We purchased this property 4 years ago with a dream of developing a Regenerative Organic farm. Now a 501c3 Animal Sanctuary with 800 Avocado trees, a dozen citrus trees that include, Limes, Grapefruits, Oranges, Satsumas, Lemons, Macadamia nuts, Tangerines, Pomegranates, passion fruit, Dragon Fruit and Kumquats. We are growing 9 different varieties of Avocados; Hass, Reed, Gem, Bacon, Lamb Hass, Fuertas, Pinkertons, Mexicolas and Zutanos. We are a blended family of 6 with 4 girls you may see hiking around the property. We have three dogs, one being an Aussie doodle that is living her best life as a farm dog and loves working on the farm, hunting gopher and squirrel. We have incorporated chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, geese, pot belly pigs and goats. We hope to fill our 21 acre property with citrus and avocado trees as well as rescued farm animals through our 501c3 non profit that support the Regenerative Organic goal. The farm is home to many wildlife on occasion including Coyotes, various Hawks and eagles, bobcats, jackrabbits and squirrels. All these animals play the role for the Regenerative farming.

Learn, Play & Heal: Farm Fun!

3 sites · RVs, Tents4 acres · Wildomar, CA
At Howe Ranch, we provide more than just a farm stay; we offer a healing, transformative experience that teaches relaxation and rejuvenation through profound connections with our gentle, trained farm animals. Experience the magic of immersion in the farm world of our residents—from mini cows to white donkeys, mini goats, ducks, chickens, lop bunnies, and even a barn tomcat. These animals are ambassadors of modern farming and healers in their own right. Among them is our Scottish long-haired mini cow, Buttercup, who has a remarkable ability to connect with children on the autism spectrum, offering them moments of joy and tranquility. Buttercup, along with his calf friend Flint, also provides comfort to visitors dealing with anxiety and stress. Whether it’s hugging or grooming Buttercup, meditating with him and Flint, or engaging in one-on-one sessions with our gentle goats and chickens, every interaction is designed to soothe and inspire. Proceeds from HipCamp directly support the feed and care for our farm animals, of which most are rescues (501c and private). INCLUDED IN YOUR FARM STAY: Personalized evening and morning farm animal encounters with animal feeding and care routines, unique learning experiences and opportunities to relax with the gentle barn animals, organic chicken and duck eggs for breakfast, a restroom, free use of outdoor kitchen with moderate use of propane stove, BYO charcoal grilling on the BBQ with utensils available, dish washing capabilities, free use of camping equipment (pop up canopy, chairs) and entertainment for the whole family, a safe space for children to play in with toys and games in the large sand pit, panoramic views, and access to "Extras" such as electric and water hookups, hot tup, extra parking, and breakfast. The overnight farm stay experience is generally available from Friday 1:00 p.m. until Saturday 1:00 p.m. on limited weekends of the year. We offer the camp pre-Mother's Day on May 4th, a Saturday, as well! If you would like to visit with us for longer or during the week, please inquire first if we have the capacity to accommodate. The camp is typically not available on Saturdays after 1:00 p.m. due to other community activities and engagements of the hosts. ABOUT THE AREA: Nestled on just under 4 foothill acres backing against the wilderness of the Santa Rosa Plateau, but only 2 minutes from shopping, coffee, and dining, our small, veteran owned ranch with a private petting zoo opportunity provides a charming and picturesque setting that encompasses the essence of rustic hospitality. There are lots of fun things to do in the area. Please reference our VISITOR GUIDE on thehoweranch.com and linked to in the photo section here.

Trabuco Canyon HideAway

1 site · Lodging1 acre · Trabuco Canyon, CA
Located in Orange County,  Trabuco Canyon is nestled in the foothills of Saddleback Mountain.  Driving through the canyon is like taking a step back in time.  Many of the original cabins, that were built in 1928, remain today. You'll hear sheep that graze on nearby hills, share the rode with horseback riders and see the stars because there are no street lights.Warning - there is a rooster who lives two properties over and he does crow starting early in the morning.  We can sleep through anything so it doesn't bother but if you're a light sleeper, or not a morning person, this might not work for you. There's magic here.**We set our trailer up so that people that want to try out camping, for just a get away or to try out the 18' size, don't have to go through the whole towing and set up process.  Also, it's perfect for young people who may be attending a local wedding. And just for clarity, the trailer does not get hooked up to anyones's vehicle and does not leave the property.  It's strictly for onsite use.Learn more about this land:We have a magical spot set up on the upper level of our property where you can get back to 'simple'. You'll feel like you're camping but you don't have to hassle with the setup. Just bring a walking stick, bike, a good book....or great for a remote work space, and you're set for a simple get away. The table area has wrap around windows that look out over mature oak trees...and make you feel like you're in a tree house. The beach is 20 miles away.
