The Buffalo River Trail crosses South Maumee Road and leads to stunning bluffs and seasonal waterfalls. With an Arkansas fishing license, you can fish both on-site and in the Buffalo.
Nearby towns Marshall and Leslie offer great local restaurants like Skylark Café and Red River Café. Blanchard Springs Caverns, only 30 miles away, makes for an incredible day trip.

Our 11-site campground is situated on Arkansas Hwy 74E, approximately three miles east of Jasper and three miles west of the Hasty Cutoff for quick access to the Buffalo River! This is not a residential campground like so many in the area - it is exclusively for camping enthusiasts!
Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. The cottage has two double beds in the lower level bedroom as well as a queen bed in the upper level loft. A futon couch in the living room folds out to a double bed, as needed. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils of every kind. Both the stove and refrigerator are full size, there is also a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the kitchen table seats six. Bed linens, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied. The bath is a tub and shower combination. There is a charcoal grill in the yard, but please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Enjoy our screened deck, covered picnic area, and outdoor fire pit and there is ample level parking for vehicles, canoes, and other outdoor gear. We offer Satellite TV. The Buffalo River Trail crosses South Maumee Road and leads to stunning bluffs and seasonal waterfalls. With an Arkansas fishing license, you can fish both on-site and in the Buffalo.
Nearby towns Marshall and Leslie offer great local restaurants like Skylark Café and Red River Café. Blanchard Springs Caverns, only 30 miles away, makes for an incredible day trip.

Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. The cottage has two double beds in the lower level bedroom as well as a queen bed in the upper level loft. A futon couch in the living room folds out to a double bed, as needed. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils of every kind. Both the stove and refrigerator are full size, there is also a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the kitchen table seats six. Bed linens, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied. The bath is a tub and shower combination. There is a charcoal grill in the yard, but please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. The property has history - you can see remnants of the Lynch in-ground waterslide locals enjoyed in the 70s winding down our ridge. The Baker Lodge was built on the slide entrance, with our sleeping cabins overlooking both the trees down the ridge and the slide. The house on property was once a restaurant and was converted to a duplex to host travelers to the Buffalo River years ago.
Our acreage adjoins the Buffalo National River Park boundaries and you can explore around the ridge. Buffalo Point is literally at the end of our street. You can hike an amazing trail called Indian Rockhouse - it's interesting and fun every season. This was truly the best camping place we’ve ever been to. The views were absolutely stunning, and the campsite itself was perfect for our tent. Robert and Susan went above and beyond to make the experience special. We even got a fun and super interesting coffee lesson (featuring some of the best coffee we’ve ever had), followed by a fresh latte handcrafted by Susan, which was absolutely delicious. Robert even sent my husband back with some of his coffee to share with the guys at the fire station, which meant so much to us. And if that wasn’t enough, they also dropped off homemade sourdough monkey bread, which was nothing short of phenomenal.
Robert and Susan are honestly some of the kindest and most thoughtful people we’ve ever met. On top of the amazing views from the campsite, the common area was perfect—especially on the rainy day we had. We were able to relax on the couch with our dogs, stay dry, and still enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This was an oasis of beauty and healing. I was a solo female camper. Mizzy was a great host and I could see her working to maintain the camp to its beauty. I felt very safe. The hippy van was great. The bathroom was clean and I enjoyed all the special nature decor around the camp. Perfect views. Great fire pits. Loved the drive up the gravel road and back it’s breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay at Flatwoods RV park site 4. Only 3 miles East of Jasper, easy to find and pull into , nice clean grounds, easy hookups. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and beautiful!! Our only issue were the floors. They are beautiful but very slippery when wet.

This cabin and location are perfection. The amount of well-honed craft that went into building the cabin and its outbuildings like the shower and outhouse are stunning, but so, too, the thought that went into making a comfortable space for guests. The mini-fridge and the large amount of water in the kitchen were so welcome. The meandering trails made my dogs so happy as we walked them several times a day. Even the light fixtures are worth gazing upon. I left here rested and restored.

This is a brand new, small campground that is beautifully done. It has an "in the country" feel to it and is near the Buffalo River and the quaint town of Jasper, AR.

This RV camp is a jewel tucked into the Arkansas mountains. It is only three miles from the town of Jasper and a nice grocery store so you don’t have to drive far for supplies. Also no long dirt road to maneuver - it’s right on a tar road that is not busy so still very quiet. The sites are spacious. There are onsite bathrooms that you wish were in your house they are so nice and so clean. There is also laundry facilities on site which is very handy. Shane and Debbie are really thoughtful people who we met and spent some time with on a couple of occasions. If you are looking for an RV camp spot near Jasper you won’t do better. I Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Enchantment Ozark Fairy Tale camp. The property is remote while only being a short distance from town. The sites are well spaced so even if you have neighbors you still have plenty of privacy. Mizzy was very friendly and helpful with check in and answering any questions we had. She brought a rake to clear up all the walnuts that had fallen from the tree so we would have a flat and smooth spot for our tent. She also brought us a trash can to use. The best part was how quiet and peaceful the whole area was. She is blessed to own such a beautiful piece of property and we're thankful that she shares it with campers like us. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Mizzy is great, she's got a strong free-spirited vibe but that doesn't mean she's all laissez-faire, she's got a strong spine and I bet she's happy to put people in line if they screw around. Not only does she care about her land, she cares about the people that spend time there, and is trying to create a place of peace in the world (and not just for you, dear reader). She deserves each of her 5 stars.

Had a great stay! The campsite was beautiful and well laid out each spot had plenty of space and privacy. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back!
