Small lake in rear, fishing is allowed. You will see deer, bunny rabbits, turtles ect. Its in a cul-de-sac and only 1 very quiet neighbor. Feels like the country but Walmart and a laundry mat are only 5 minutes away. 30 and 50 amp plugs available for 1 rv, sewer, water and wifi all included. The rv/camping spot is $45 a night. 😀 If you are dry camping or in a vehicle no bathrooms are provided. Must take pic of electrical hook up & sewer before and after. The owners were great, I needed to change sites due to me pulling a trailer and they were very accommodating. The site was clean and well kept, a fire pit was available with fire wood and there was power if needed. Overall, great experience.

Debbie was very welcoming and kind. Her land is full of amazing animals and I loved saying hello to her horses. Always nice to get a chance to greet the host too. Her directions were clear and the bathroom and shower space was clean with great water pressure. Definitely recommend!

My spouse, friend, pups, and I had a phenomenal time camping on Debbie’s property. The grounds were meticulously maintained and the facilities were clean (bonus points for the AC in the facilities building.
The campsite itself was perfectly flat and well shaded, overlooking a beautiful pond. Our group enjoyed walking the property and relaxing on the swings at dusk, surrounded by fireflies.
We opted for the pancake breakfast and got the opportunity to get to know Debbie. It was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would camp here again.

This was a cool spot to be IN Memphis yet feel like you're not. We needed a pretty last minute spot, a common theme of our 2.5wk multi-state camping roadtrip, and this one worked out perfectly.
