Welcome to Howler--the Midwest's Premier Mountain Bike Park! Hospitality means everything to us and we would be honored to have you as a guest on our downhill trails or a guest to the Ozark Mountains looking for a great place to stay--or both! We think we've got some surprises in store for you when you get here. You'll find us located just off Highway 65 in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. We're seven minutes from Branson, one of the busiest tourist destinations in the Midwest, but take the five-minute ride or walk down to Base Camp and you'll feel miles away from it all. Howler is imagined, designed, and maintained by riders who love our unique terrain and wanted to pull the best from it. Our trails are built with all skill levels in mind with a clear goal of rider progression. But Howler Bike Park Stays isn't just for riders! We've got all kinds of things to do for riders and non-riders alike! Start your day in Base Camp, the hub of activity at Howler. If you need a caffeine kick to get you started, we've got you covered with a specialty coffee drink, blended, or smoothie at Howler Coffee Shop! And, Chef Dustin is now serving breakfast with three delicious options to power you up for your day! Around noon and throughout the day, you can enjoy Chef's insanely-delicious food at the Growl Grill. Stop in the Welcome Center for bike passes, Howler merch, and bike gear. Are you shredding with us and need a new tube or tire change? We have got you taken care of in Howler Bike Co. next to the Welcome Center. We have beer and wine available at the Growl Grill, and you’re welcome to take your purchases to your tent to enjoy! New in Spring 2023, is our Skills Park and our Children's Play Area-complete with a mini pump track for Stryders or small bikes--and a beautiful cedar swing set! We also have a mile round trip Hiking Trail through the woods where you can see glimpses of riders shredding the mountain trails. Feel like a break at the top of the hike? We've got a picnic table so you can enjoy the scenery and eat some mouth-watering food from the Growl Grill! We also have our all-new bathrooms and showers, complete with shampoo/body wash and hair dryers. And you can keep all your necessary items near you while you ride with our all-new lockers. Each site comes with electric, water, and sewer hookups, a picnic table, and a private firepit with a grilling rack. The sites are large and separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort offers an outdoor pool, a playground, a fish cleaning station, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for an additional $16/night. You can fish anywhere along the water's edge or off the docks. Ozark Beach Dam is 1 mile away, and the fishing there is always excellent. Empire Park is also located next door. Ozarks Rocky Ridge

5 sites · Tents180 acres · Yellville, AR
Camp and enjoy nature on our Rocky Ridge of 180 acres located in the Ozark Mountains. Located along the scenic route highway 14 with several attractions and downtown located nearby. The property is mostly dense forest with lots of rock formations and bluffs with a spring fed creek that has several medium and small waterfalls that surround the property on 3 sides. The creek travels 3 miles from our property and empties into Bull Shoals Lake. Bull Shoals is a short 6 mile drive from the property. The land is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, turkey, bobcats, turtles, squirrels, and though we have never seen any black bear, we have been told they are here. Please be aware that along with all the wonders of wildlife, there may also be, ticks, mosquitoes, deer flies, snakes and other not so nice wildlife. Sit back and relax while you watch nature, beautiful sunrises, sunsets and stargaze at the beautiful night sky. We hope you will enjoy visiting as much as we enjoy living in this natural wonder of nature. Enjoy the remote wilderness while being just 10 minutes from town. Some of the most popular tourist attractions include: -Bulls Shoals Lake, a popular fishing destination, famous for its white large-mouth and spotted bass populations. It is considered a warm water lake on average and seldom freezes, it has no closed season. Ideal destination for those interested in tubing, wakeboarding, jet-skiing, swimming and boating. -Rush Ghost Town, a 1300-acre historic mining district that includes the buildings, structures, roadways and mines of the Rush mining area. -Buffalo National River, a world-renowned whitewater rafting destination -Bull Shoals Caverns, one of the world’s oldest limestone caverns in the Ozark mountain range -White River, a popular spot for fishing and canoeing -North Central Arkansas Speedway, Pure stock, Hobby/Factory stock, Super Stock, Modifieds, and Sportsman Late Models. Enchanted Ozark Fairytale Camp

8 sites · Lodging, Tents104 acres · AR
Enchanted Ozark Fairytale Camp is far more than your ordinary campground! This 104-acre Ozark Mountain wonderland’s biggest draw would be hard to pin down. We are offering off-the-beaten-path serenity, with huge areas for each rental space, and unmatched hospitality. Sip morning coffee while you lose your cares in the vast mountain views, enjoy the pristine natural beauty that surrounds you in the deer meadow. Hike trails that meander to the seasonal creeks and waterfalls, past ancient walnut and hickory trees, to rest on large rock formations thick with moss, or take the high trails to the top of our bluff where views and natural oddities reward you at every bend, or just lay in the hammocks by the frog pond with a good book. Wildlife abounds on this property, including fox, black bear, deer, chipmunks, groundhogs, bobcat, and tons more. We offer fantastic add-ons like creation stations where tables of art supplies can be laid out for either self-initiated projects or sample projects with instruction by hostess, Mizzy (a working artist with pieces in every continent, save Antarctica). Forage hikes, where you learn about the immense variety of edible plants, guided photo op hikes, cut and make your own walking stick ( and make it your own by wood burning, adding leather and feathers), are just a few of the options we have daily to add to your stay. Close to the Little Buffalo River and the quaint little town of Jasper, where you can shop, eat at the famous Ozark Cafe, or rent a kayak. One-of-a-kind stays include a fully off-grid container tiny house, boondock RV space, super large tent spaces, and coming soon a hippy van sleeper, cordwood log cabin, (we encourage sustainable building questions) we may be farther off the beaten track than those roadside places, but we are so very worth it. Come be Enchanted.
