We had a wonderful stay at Enchantment Ozark Fairy Tale camp. The property is remote while only being a short distance from town. The sites are well spaced so even if you have neighbors you still have plenty of privacy. Mizzy was very friendly and helpful with check in and answering any questions we had. She brought a rake to clear up all the walnuts that had fallen from the tree so we would have a flat and smooth spot for our tent. She also brought us a trash can to use. The best part was how quiet and peaceful the whole area was. She is blessed to own such a beautiful piece of property and we're thankful that she shares it with campers like us. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Mizzy is great, she's got a strong free-spirited vibe but that doesn't mean she's all laissez-faire, she's got a strong spine and I bet she's happy to put people in line if they screw around. Not only does she care about her land, she cares about the people that spend time there, and is trying to create a place of peace in the world (and not just for you, dear reader). She deserves each of her 5 stars.

There aren’t enough stars in the sky for me to give to this stay! Mizzy is a wonderful “fairy camp mother” and the experiences were beyond description! Love the peace and quiet for reflection and even more so the ability to completely unplug from the world and just be one with nature. If you’re looking for the best and most relaxing time, this is the place!

My husband and I just spent a week camping at this incredible spot run by the one and only Mizzy, a true hippie fairy godmother, who has created something magical here. We stayed in the Meadows camping spot and it was absolute perfection. From the peaceful setting to the whimsical touches everywhere, it felt like stepping into another world.
We only wish we could have stayed longer! It’s a place that fills your heart and soul with calm and joy. Perfect for couples looking to unwind or families with young kids who want to explore and play freely. Can’t wait to go back! 🌿💫

I loved my stay in Mizzy’s camp. She was cheerful and helpful. The property was enchanting with all of the whimsical touches throughout. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. This was my first time solo car camping and I felt completely safe.

Missy was an amazing host! Very welcoming and great at communicating. The camp was so sweet, beautiful and well, enchanted! The campsites are very well maintained and spacious. Definitely take her up on the extra activities! We had a tea party in the forest, my girls got to dress up with Missy’s big box of fun clothes and costume jewelry. We also made woodland fairy crowns with her and my girls just loved both those experiences! I definitely recommend spending a few days here!

Weekend Trip to Riverdream Camps
Very cute spot! The cabin was super cosy. My favorite part was the camp kitchen! Bathrooms were nice and had an outhouse closer to camps for those who didn’t feel like walking. Hosts were very kind.

We loved our time here! It rained heavily and we loved it! It was peaceful and the trail was a fun quick little walk in the woods! It’s also nice that there is a clean bathroom as well. Definitely recommend!

Mizzy was the best! Super sweet and answered all the questions I had right away. All she asked was for us to let her know when we were about 15min away so she could give us the tour. The property was very well maintained and felt very cozy. We stayed at the tent camping spot and car camped. Unfortunately, we didn’t make time to check out the trails around the property. But based on the condition of the rest of the property, I would have to assume they were also well manicured and fairy like.

My friends and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and had an absolute blast. The views were beautiful, and there was so much to see and explore. Very quiet and serene. The stars and firefly’s were out in full force. We had zero phone service, which was great for us because our intention was to disconnect, but thought it was worth mentioning. All in all, Mizzy was great and so was our trip! We will 100% be back.

I loved camping at this spot! The host was very attentive and offered to help us if it started down pouring (thankfully it didn’t!). I loved the pond area and had a fun time chilling and listening to the frogs.

Mizzy's land was so beautiful! The creek was flowing really well over big rocks, and everything was so lush! I saw some great birds (summer tanagers, indigo bunting, warblers). Mizzy was so helpful and kind. She came to meet me when I arrived and gave me a tour even though it was raining, and she was quick to respond when I had questions.

I really enjoyed camping at Mizzy’s. The view was fantastic and she was a wonderful host. The trail to the creek has all kinds of little trinkets placed along for you to discover and the hike was very well thought out. The facilities are all very accessible, very well kept/clean and very convenient. The silence and peace of a good day lounging in the hammock and reading a good book by the pond was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended by this Adventure rider/moto camper.

My husband and I do a lot of moto camping. We load our bikes up and find a place to go. I came across Mizzy's land a few weeks ago and fell in love. She is an amazing host and the views are stunning. We hiked and say beautiful waterfalls. My favorite part was the hammock at the pond. I laid there for hours and listened to nature. It was the perfect anniversary trip!

This was a wonderful campsite and Mizzy was a great host. Easy to get to and yet it still felt secluded. We loved being able to hear the stream the entire time. There were other campers on site, but due to the layout of the land our stay still felt private. We recommend and hope to be back!

I love love love Mizzy’s land and her hospitality! She came out and checked on everyone to make sure we were comfortable. She explained how the land was set up and the hammock area was great. I loved being able to unplug and take photos. I definitely plan on going back!

Northwestern Arkansas
Northwestern Arkansas
Northwest Arkansas is one of the fastest-growing regions of the state, offering a mix of cute towns and Ozark adventure. The largest state park in Arkansas, the Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area, is here, offering 54 miles of trails and campsites only reachable by mountain bike. Major geological features in the region include the Boston Mountains (part of the southern Ozarks), a forested region full of hiking trails, caves, and springs, particularly in the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest.
Southwestern Arkansas
Southwest Arkansas is characterized by lakes, wooded forests, and plenty of opportunities to get out and rockhound. Highlights include Crater of Diamonds State Park, where visitors can dig for diamonds and other minerals, and Millwood State Park, a popular spot for fishing, birdwatching, and camping.
Central Arkansas
Central Arkansas is home to the state capital and biggest city, Little Rock. About an hour away sits Hot Springs National Park, with its historic bathhouses, a couple of which invite visitors to soak to this day. Camping opportunities abound—you can rent campsites and cabins year-round at Lake Ouachita State Park or try to nab one of the first-come, first-served sites at Lake Sylvia Recreation Area, celebrated for its 18-acre lake.
Northeastern Arkansas
Northeastern Arkansas offers opportunities for fishing, water sports, and learning about what life was like in this region many years ago. Highlights include the Parkin Archaeological State Park, which preserves 17 acres of what was once a Native American village, and the Hampson Archeological Museum State Park, where you can check out archaeological artifacts from the area.
Southeastern Arkansas
Southeastern Arkansas' Lower Delta Region offers a mix of historic Civil War sites, scenic lakes, and opportunities for bird- and wildlife-watching. Hit Lake Chicot, the largest natural lake in the state, and the Arkansas Post National Memorial, a National Park Service-run living history museum showcasing life on the Grand Prairie in the late 1800s.
