The property is surrounded by forest on all sides. It is pretty quiet here. You will here a few of the neighbors dogs, owls at night and crickets during the summer months. The neighbors keep to themselves but they are all friendly if you happen to see them. There is a fire pit when conditions are acceptable for fires. In the evenings the deer come out into the open to graze. You will love it here!

Loved the view! You can see so far from up there! My dogs had a blast running around. I am in a 2WD Promaster Campervan and did have a little trouble getting g up the gravel road, but I made it! Might be better for those with 4WD.

Kevin is a gracious host and the upstairs room was a welcome respite on a cold, windy, rainy night. It was clean and warm and roomy. He is new to Hipcamp and is still working on amenities but I had everything I needed because I’m car camping. I will return if in the area. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin is a gracious host. His place was welcomed shelter on a cold, rainy, very windy night. I was comfy cozy in the upstairs room. Kevin is new to Hipcamp and is still working on the amenities, but I had everything I needed with me since I was car camping. I even decided to stay a second night. If I’m back that way, I’ll stay again. Thanks Kevin!

We stumbled upon this jem while booking a last minute stay and we really lucked out! We even ended up staying another night. The location is great for an off grid experience with all the amenities. There is a boys/girls bathrooms with showers, plenty of tools and wood for making dinner, and amazing nature spots all around to explore. Kevin was the icing on the cake, he is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and we couldn’t have had a better host! The primitive spot is surrounded by trees and very private, due to having a large truck though we ended up setting our rooftop tent up by the teepee!

Had a wonderful experience at this campsite! The location is peaceful and beautifully set in a rural area, perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. I absolutely LOVED this place!! It has a very unique cute vibe, old time western but with modern features, clean restrooms and showers, wifi.. plus I've never seen so many hummingbirds at once! Kevin is such a wonderful and accommodating host that went above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The panoramic views were as advertised up on top of the hill and afforded us a great view of the night sky to stargaze and the sunrise over the valleys in the morning. The road in and put was pretty manageable other than a stretch or two that requires some ground clearance and AWD/4x4.

This campground is beautiful and we'll maintained. They have the nicest and most clean showers I've ever seen at a campground. There were so many big trees and plenty of shade. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

This was our 1st stay @ Marinia Del Ray! It was Great! We usually stay @ our Lake Keystone, but due to flooding, Marinia Del Ray was open for tents, RV camping & cabin rentals for our entire family. We were not disappointed @ this location. Such a lovely relaxing place & play resort. Done alot of fishing boating swimming. Deer eating @ our camp site every evening. This experience is worth a repeat. Definitely worth the drive to Grand Lake @ North Eastern Okla.
