Learn more about this land: Close to the highway about a mile from Starbucks and Publix grocery stores 20 minutes from the beach. Pretty dark at night and secluded. Easy to get back on to Route 10. There is road noise from route 10. Great Wifi on site. 50 amp hook up. We charge for 12 cents a kilo watt hour. Look forward to meeting you!

FOB Pelican at Little Pelican Bayou

FOB Pelican is a small peninsula surrounded by Little Pelican Bayou. We have an airstream camper rental which can accommodate 2 to 3 people. There’s also another shower and restroom within a few feet for larger showering space. The FOB has an air conditioned trolley car converted into a bar that overlooks the bayou. There’s a larger outdoor bar that also overlooks the bayou. We also have a small beach with canoes and kayaks. FOB Pelican also has a two bedroom, two bathroom house with front and back porches. The back porch overlooks the bayou as well. There’s feeders that attract numerous turtles and fish to watch at feeding times. The bayou leads out to the Blackwater River accessing downtown Milton river walk or go south into the bay and Pensacola. We have an RV electrical and water hookup as well.
