Last Resort on the River is a small and quiet RV park on the Blanco River off Highway 84 between Chama, New Mexico and Pagosa Springs, Colorado. We have 23 full hook-up sites, 6 riverside sites for smaller units with electric and water only, and tent sites that sit on the river. We also have a dry cabin and a one bedroom fully-stocked cabin available. Firewood is available for purchase as are shower tokens for showers. For native American tribes, including the Utes, Apache, Navajos, and others, this valley is considered the source of life, a place where humans and spirit enter and leave this world. We offer two RV sites on a flat, wooded 1-acre lot with full hookups (water, electric, and sewer). A potable water refill station and dump station are available within 10 minutes of the site (on Trails Blvd.). Points of interest: Downtown Pagosa Springs is just 20 minutes away and is renowned for its natural hot springs. Wolf Creek Pass Ski Area and Durango La Plata Airport are both approximately 1 hour away. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking, biking, and ATV trails, waterfalls, hunting and fishing spots, and a lively downtown area. Several restaurants, bars, and retail shopping options are available within 20 minutes. You will enjoy watching and hearing nature while catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Please no parties or loud gatherings. This is a serene space with nearby neighbors who also live and visit here to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Biking can start right from Qi Camps. Hot springs—both primitive and commercial—are located east and west of Qi Camps, about 5–10 miles away. Chi Camp is 8 miles from Pagosa Springs Co. on a quiet dead end road. This sacred power spot sits at the entrance to Hurt Canyon under two sacred power pyramids. . We are also only 15 minutes from Pagosa Hot Springs and 30 minutes to Chimney Rock ruins, a national Monument, and the Piedra River Hotsprings and San Juan River and Turkey Springs trail systems. Great for hiking, boating, biking and skiing. Pagosa offers many great restaurants and stores, including Riff Raft Brewery, Pagosa Bakery, Kips, Walmart, Pagosa Medical Clinic and hospital and home to professional theater, golfing, fishing, Hot Springs, rivers and lakes.
