Enjoy views of the western hills and Broken Off Rock, abundant wildlife (including elk, mule deer, and wild turkeys), and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. 22 Blue Jay offers a quiet place in the pines to pull off the road and relax. Located just one mile off Highway 160, the site is easily accessible while still offering peace and quiet without highway noise. We offer two RV sites on a flat, wooded 1-acre lot with full hookups (water, electric, and sewer). A potable water refill station and dump station are available within 10 minutes of the site (on Trails Blvd.). Points of interest: Downtown Pagosa Springs is just 20 minutes away and is renowned for its natural hot springs. Wolf Creek Pass Ski Area and Durango La Plata Airport are both approximately 1 hour away. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking, biking, and ATV trails, waterfalls, hunting and fishing spots, and a lively downtown area. Several restaurants, bars, and retail shopping options are available within 20 minutes. You will enjoy watching and hearing nature while catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Please no parties or loud gatherings. This is a serene space with nearby neighbors who also live and visit here to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is a pad with gravel to the north of the electrical box. Septic inlet is on the northeast side of site. This is where you can park your rig. Please be careful to not crunch septic inlets. Sites share water tap and electrical box.
