Description

Often given the moniker “Oasis of the Plains,” Jackson Lake State Park is a renowned site for beachgoers and outdoorsmen alike―so pitch-up a tent in one of the area’s campsites. Pelican Campground is inundated with dozens of both walk-in and hook-up sites, located within an earshot from freshwater whispers of Jackson Lake’s crashing waves. But, be punctual and time savvy; all reservations must be made within seventy-two hours of arrival.
