Located in a quiet acreage community along the Front Range, Rose Ranch is the perfect place to relax for a night or use as a convenient base camp for your Colorado adventures. Enjoy the serenity of the countryside while staying within easy reach of Estes Park, Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and countless parks, trails, and outdoor recreation areas. Whether you're hiking, biking, sightseeing, attending a sporting event, or simply passing through, our location offers an excellent jumping-off point for exploring the region. With open skies, rural charm, and a peaceful atmosphere, Rose Ranch is ideal for travelers seeking a quiet and comfortable stay while experiencing the natural beauty of Colorado. Because we are located in a residential rural community, we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and fellow visitors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a place to unwind, enjoy nature, and appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Well-behaved pets are welcome and must remain on a leash while on the property. Please help us keep the grounds beautiful by cleaning up after your pets and practicing Leave No Trace principles. Trash service is limited, so guests are encouraged to pack out what they pack in whenever possible. For the privacy and enjoyment of everyone, your reservation includes only the designated campsite area. The private property beyond the fence is not part of the campsite and is off-limits to guests. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Water and electricity may be available upon request. Please note that there are no restroom facilities on-site. Water and electricity are available upon request, but please note they are not standard RV hookups: Water: You are welcome to use our water source to fill your onboard tank upon arrival, but we cannot accommodate a continuous, direct water connection during your stay. Electricity: We provide a standard 120V household outlet. Rigs cannot directly connect to this as a primary power hookup, as it will trip the breaker. It is perfect for plugging in an extension cord to charge small devices or electronics, but cannot power RV air conditioners or heavy appliances. Self-Contained Rigs Only: As a friendly reminder, there are no restroom or waste disposal facilities on-site. Guests must be fully self-contained and practice Leave No Trace principles. The site is accessed through a 25-foot-wide entrance bordered by wooden retaining walls on both sides, providing easy access for most RVs. Larger rigs should use caution and may find a spotter helpful.

Please indicate if electricity is needed upon booking so that the appropriate accommodations can be made.

Fresh water is available for campers. We can provide a long hose to fill your tank, but this is not a full hook-up site. The hose must be disconnected after your tank is filled, so please plan to use your onboard water system during your stay. Host can provide access upon request.

Amazing hosts! So sweet and nice! My first time taking it out and there so amazing on things and understanding! The land was beautiful the cute little walk trail is perfect at sunset! My dogs enjoyed it very pet friendly! This is a great place to stay!
