So you know that when you stay here, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What is “it all” you ask? For starters, there are picturesque swamp-meadows where we’d bet a few interesting birds hang out. For seconds, the fishing in a variety of small mountain streams is not to be missed. And of course with any good forest comes great hiking. Simon B. Elliot is no exception.
