Welcome to Notaviva Farm Brewery & Winery, one of the highest rated farm winery and brewery combinations in Northern VA! Founded as Notaviva Vineyards in 2008, and expanded to include Notaviva Brewing in 2019. Each of our beverages is paired with a musical genre or lyrical inspiration. Our goal in the founding of our business is to capture the feelings that music can create and put it in our beers, wines, ciders and hard seltzers. We are located on the eastern slope of the Blue Ridge mountains near the Appalachian Trail in beautiful western Loudoun County, Virginia, just a short drive from our county seat Leesburg. We are also the nearest winery and brewery to Harpers Ferry, WV as well as the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Whether you’re looking for beer at a winery, or wine at a brewery, or cider and hard seltzer, we have everything you’re looking for, in addition to the most hospitable staff on the Loudoun Heights Tourism Trail. Just an hour west of Washington DC, and open year-round with seasonal hours, our wide selection of small batch hand crafted beverages is sure to impress. We had a great stay! The setting was beautiful, and the hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and flexible. The winery/brewery is a wonderful bonus, with good drinks and decent food available on-site. A helpful note for future campers: This is a working farm, so expect the usual farm noises, including tractors, mowers, and roosters. There is no bathhouse or shower, but the portable toilet was clean and perfectly sufficient for our weekend stay. Overall, it was a lovely and unique place to camp!

This was a lovely campsite. Beautiful sunset and sunrise views over the vineyard and house! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating of our schedule. The wine and beer were a delightful addition to the trip! I can’t wait to come back and spend more time in the area. I will definitely seek this campsite again.

Enjoyed our short, but sweet stay at Notaviva. Site had a picnic table and firepit. Portable toilet was spotless and even had a hand-washing station inside. Host was very welcoming and provided dinner suggestions for us. Beer and cider were delicious! Gnats were a little annoying during the day, but not much you can do about that. Would gladly stay again, if in the area!

Excellent experience! What a perfect concept Shannon and Steven have at their beautiful winery/brewery. You could not ask for better more attentive service anywhere both Stephen and Shannon were gracious host. They provided us with excellent dry wood and farm fresh eggs fresh from their hens on the property. They’re marvelous employee. Jordan is super wonderful and very attentive to all of the patrons at their way cool tap room overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended. I’ve been telling all of my friends and family about it since our last camping trip there.

Stephen & Shannon were amazing hosts! Very warm and welcoming. They shared a lot of knowledge with the local area for food suggestions. Their land is BEAUTIFUL. We preferred their beer to all other breweries we tried in the area. Their wine was wonderful too. Bluegrass Friday night was a fun feature! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful views and the people were great! Notaviva is close to many other wineries in the area that you can visit. It is also close to the town of Harpers Ferry, WV, where can visit a Civil War Museum and enjoy the city's 19th-century architecture. Perfect getaway weekend for those living in the DC metro area.

Great campsite and hosts were flexible with site selection allowing us to have a more secluded spot. Was great to have an easy walk to the tasting room for beer, wine and snacks. Was able to grab some complimentary firewood on the way back for the firepit. Overall, would recommend the campsite.

We really enjoyed camping at Notaviva! We had a nice view of their pond and main building (which is really cool!). Communication with the host was great and they are very easy to deal with. Even offered us free firewood! The location is great too. Not only can you walk to a winery / brewery, but super close to Harper's Ferry and Charles Town. Will definitely be back!
