The Wee Top Glamp Tent
No heater and bad air mattress
Well, I booked this tent as it was only an hour away from my home and I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday. But, it was one of the worst experience I had which made me leave the camp at 12:00 am and drive back home. Firstly, I could not get in touch with the host. I called her couple of times asking for help with the heater as it was really cold with the rain but there was no response even after leaving a message. Second, the mattress is an air mattress which is leaking air, I tried everything to make it work and filled the air like 3 times but it just wouldn't hold the air. There was an extra flat air mattress that maybe I could have tried to use but I just lost patience for which this was supposed to be a relaxed evening. Lastly, as bad luck would have it there was rain for most of the day and the place was empty except for one other tent and it was really dark, there were no lights around the property. My wife got scared of the darkness, rain , no heater and the bad mattress made us to leave the place at midnight and drive back home. I really wanted to like this place and maybe if the host was available atleast the mattress and heater would have been fixed and made us tolerate this but alas this was not meant for us.

the tent was cute and roomy, it came with essentials like some water, toilet paper, kuerig and pods, air mattresses w/ bedding and pump. there was a fire ring and a grill for cooking. perfect for 2 people. It was easy to get to and host gave good directions. there was a farm directly being you & you could hear cayotes all night. hosts were nice and provided extras when asked

Really enjoyed the stay in the tent. Great place for camping!
We reached late on Friday evening after our kid’s school hours, but Bob welcomed us & helped with the arrangements and also upgraded us as a complement.
We and our 10 yr kid enjoyed the stay and will surely visit again. Highly recommended!

The Zen Den Glamp Tent / Electric
Such a neat glamping set up. I came here on a solo hiking/camping trip and feel lucky enough to have had the area to myself as I was looking for something between glamping and primitive. There are other pitched tents near which would be really cool to rent w a large group esp since there is a communal fire pit and pool area. Bob was super helpful when I had trouble with the bonfire and most importantly, I felt safe staying here! I’d definitely re-book! It was just what I needed.

The Happy Place Glamp Tent/Electric
Great family glamping fun!
My family and I loved the experience of glamping! The Happy Place was perfect for our needs. I have two young children and they enjoyed the hammocks and futon, as well as collecting pine cones and making s'mores in the campfire. There is a K-cup machine available, as well as a small supply of bottled water and coffee. This tent has electricity and there is a power strip available for use. We made great use of the small heater during the cold night and there were extra blankets in the tent for use, along with a few games and reading material. There was ample wood available and we ended up purchasing some more firewood to keep our fire going all day long. There is also a small grill available for use. We brought two dogs with us and even they enjoyed themselves! Overall, it was a great time and we will be back!

A sweet little tent with convenient touches of electricity, a fire pit and grill. I just needed a night away from Houston - and it hit the spot.
Not super remote, but enough to hear the leaves blow, see the stars and super friendly hosts and easy.

Wee Top Was Cozy!
We loved camping here! The Wee Top tent was awesome and cozy. We got to enjoy the outdoors/campfire/s’mores, while then also getting a little extra comfort of electricity/fan/coffee maker at the same time. Dana was great with communication and Bob was very friendly and helpful during our day!

The Mega Glamp Tent
Primitive camping, cows as neighbor
My Initially reserved the Mega tent considering it was Glamping. We expected electricity and heat since I had a 1 year old with me. But it wasn’t what I expected. The host did an amazing job accommodating beds for our family. Dana was very nice. The mega tent glamping experience was not what we expected. The condensation from the tent was causing the floor to get wet, which wetted our luggage. It was not carpeted, but had rug mats in certain area. There was no electricity and there was no heat. It rained one night and caused the ground outside of the tent to be muddy. There was no gravel. One of the vehicle was stuck in the mud. We had to have the 4 wheel drive helped moved the vehicle. There should be gravel placed. It was also far out and quiet. So if your looking for quiet and willing to stay primitive camping. This tent would be for you. If your going as a group, I recommend getting 2 small glamping tents or a camper and stay closer to the courtyard area. My kids had a lot of fun in the courtyard with our group, but did not enjoy walking all the way to the back to our mega tent that’s as at the end of the road.
I would not stay at the mega tent again, but will definitely stay at the camper or the smaller glamping tent due to heat and close to the restrooms n shower. Forgot to
Mention.. I did not enjoy my cows as my neighbor as I smelled the poop at our 3 day stay.

The Big Top Glamp Tent
We had. great experience, even with thunderstorms, which only means it’s a solid tent. The best thing about this experience is that the tents and small details like lantern, paper towels, and water are already set up for you. The shower is up and running and was a great relief after a couple of days. I would suggest to bring a small, portable fan because the ventilation in the tent is not the best. Also the hosts were very attentive. Overall I would highly recommend, especially those who are looking for extra amenities over a primitive camping experience.

We loved RV camping in Dana and Bob’s land! They were super friendly and accommodating. The site was very quiet and peaceful, we had a fantastic fire and great view of the stars! We will definitely go back! Our dog had a blast too!

The Mega Glamp Tent
Comfortable but needs improvement
First of all, I think the tent was very spacious nice and comfortable. needs to be on a platform because of the weather, and in our case it rained all day and allnight and the area around it could use a lot of brush clearing. The view surrounding the tent is unpleasant, because of a neighboring worksite.
The tent sits out really far from the rest of the other tents which can be nice but it’s way too far away from the Porta potty’s, and bath house,
I there definitely has to be another bathroom closer to the tent especially with kids. There also needs to be more lighting and if possible a water spicket, like I said to far away from everything and everybody else. The property definitely has a lot of potential,
Maybe some regular bathrooms with Plumbing and more lighting, it was very challenging to use the porta potty’s, and bath house without any lighting. Let’s remember this is glamping. In my opinion this
would definitely bring more clients to the property including ourselves and extending family, and friends.☺️
Because it does have some very nice tents that are very comfortable.
I love the fact that the owners were very attentive. I would ride around to make sure everything was OK.

Wonderful Experience!
I loved the Zen Tent set-up both inside and out. It was furnished with very cozy billows, blankets, and rugs and the bed was enormous! The string lights, lantern and fireplace outside were very pretty and homey at night. The surrounding area is very fun to explore, and I'd recommend Sweet Ps Cafe for a burger to any future travelers, and the wolf sanctuary near by for a bit of a thrill. Lovely hosts, lovely place, would highly recommend.

Charming and perfect
We loved our stay here! We were looking for a spot close to the Texas Ren Fest but that provided a more secluded and quiet camping and this fit the bill perfectly! Dana was so sweet and helpful and provided awesome local recommendations to check out. We stayed at the Wee Top tent. It was a cold and rainy night, but thanks to the heater in the tent we were very warm and slept very comfortably! I definitely wish we had stayed for two nights! Such a charming place and we can’t wait to return.

We had such a good time. Our first time camping there and it was amazing. Yall were amazing and always checked to see if we were doing alright. The tent was set up cute and cozy. The fire pit was set up and had chairs and a hammock. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

This little hidden jem was amazing from start to finish. Great atmosphere, super clean, wonderful staff. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and get to just chillin.....playing games..cooking..just relaxing. Hot clean showers...cool heated pool
