Welcome to your private treehouse-style glamping retreat, nestled on a peaceful 16-acre, 100-year-old family farm—just one hour from Philadelphia. Perched among the trees on a raised wooden deck, our spacious, furnished canvas tent offers a serene escape with everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Climb a short flight of stairs to take in sweeping views of the open field below, then unwind in the all-season hot tub, lounge on the deck, or zip down the slide into your own private meadow. Inside the tent, you’ll find a plush king-size memory foam bed, two cozy twin trundle beds, and thoughtful touches including dishes, cooking essentials, and charming decor to make your stay feel like home. Below the tent, enjoy a shaded outdoor dining area, hammock, gas grill, and fire pit—complete with firewood for cozy nights under the stars. Amenities include on-site parking, fresh drinking water, a clean private porta potty, and access to a shared outdoor hot-water shower stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels (a short walk away). The tent comfortably sleeps 4 guests, and we welcome additional campers (BYO gear) in the surrounding field for a small extra fee. Parking is also a short walk from the site. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The large meadow gives families, groups and four-legged guests plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. This was our second stay at the treehouse and we brought the kids. It rained but we made the most of our time and danced in it in the lovely field beside. We had a great time telling ghost stories by the fire and making s’mores. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the bed was great for 4. Definitely recommend this place for a couple or family to enjoy some peaceful time together.

The tent is actually enjoyable in the rain. Certainly didn't ruin anything. The tent is clean, spacious and multifunctional. It feels so private and peaceful. I will most definitely return for another stay and I've had several friends ask me for details based on what I have shared.

Excellent Host. Great property/location. Truly a magical treehouse...just as described. Really nice canvas glamping tent with big bed....electric, fridge, towels, hamper, coffee station....all the utensils and things we needed to cook steaks food.....comfy hot tub , very clean, warm....perfect deck.....watched the moon....very secluded, private spot. Definately will be coming back. TY

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse! From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly magical. The lights throughout the property created such a special atmosphere, and our kids were completely enchanted. Their favorite part was definitely the slide, but the open field to run with rocks to climb were a close second. The host thought of everything, which made traveling with children so much easier. We packed very little because so many essentials were already provided. One detail we especially appreciated was that the shower was stocked with kids and baby shampoo, a small touch that made a big difference for our family. The personal touches throughout our stay were so thoughtful. We were greeted with a sweet welcome card, and the glow sticks and s’mores kit was a huge hit with the kids. It really made us feel welcomed. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Our children had the best time, and we made wonderful family memories here. We would absolutely stay again and have already been recommending the Magical Treehouse to friends and family.

Jacuzzi Nights and S’mores by the F

had an amazing stay at Debbi’s treehouse The place was beautiful and had everything I needed for a perfect getaway. The jacuzzi at night was so relaxing, and the BBQ grill setup was great they even provided gas for cooking, firewood, and marshmallows for s’mores! Debbi and her family were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a small hanger or rack for clothes and jackets that would make it perfect. If you visit, make sure to stop by The Hand in Bird Bakery nearby they have the best pie I’ve ever had I’ll definitely be back again.

This was everything we were hoping for and more! Darby and her family thought of everything to make sure our stay went so smoothly. This is a great campsite for those who want to experience the outdoors, but still want be close to people / civilization as you're not too far from the main road and Darby's home. We loved all the amenities and the little details, like the smores welcome kit. This spot is also nestled perfectly between the poconos and amish country, so my partner and I did a bunch of day trips, but there is plenty of space at the campsite to relax and sit. (They have a hammock already set up)! Definitely want to come back when it gets a bit warmer, but loved the jacuzzi during the colder nights!

I loved camping at Darby’s site, it was super clean and the tent itself was beautiful. My boyfriend and I visited for our anniversary and we loved our stay, we had a nice fan that helped SO MUCH in the hot weather and the view outside was very nice. Darby helped us with any questions and was very welcoming. We will definetly reach back out for another stay. Definitely Recommend!

Our treehouse stay was incredible! We felt welcome, relaxed, and cozy thanks to all the thoughtful touches. You really don’t have to bring anything other than food and a bathing suit to enjoy that awesome hot tub. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the property. Even when the rain came we stayed dry, cool, and cozy in the tent. Our dog was so happy there too. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful and cozy treehouse. We took our dogs and while it was raining during our time there, we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We also allowed our dogs to roam free in the field and they had a blast! Our host was very responsive and accommodating with some extra supplies for us.

Perfect Glamping Experience

This was truly the perfect glamping experience - all the fun of camping (and then some!) with none of the work! The property is huge - my dog had the time of his life running around (small dog owners beware of hawks). The hottub was wonderful. The giant deck was perfect. The hammock is ideal for a mid afternoon nap. Inside was spacious, clean, and cozy. The fire pit, BBQ, fridge/freezer, clean port a potty + outdoor shower gave us everything we needed for a long weekend! The extra touches, from welcome signs to s’mores ingredients were so thoughtful. The host + family (who live on the other side of the property) were also lovely! We hope to return in the fall!

We had an amazing time despite the rain and chilly weather. They have thought of everything to give the ultimate glamping experience so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy. All the fun parts of camping without the hard work. Lol. Everything was very clean and comfortable and organized. It is a beautiful property and is set back enough from the main house to give you plenty of privacy but not so far that it’s a far distance to drag all your stuff back and forth. The hike to the ringing rocks from the property was so cool and unique. Darby gave a wonderful list of places to eat and things to do in the area and we tried a few out and had a great time. The kids loved the slide and the hammock and the hot tub. When the rain got too bad to stay outside our family of 5 (and two small dogs) headed inside the huge (and very dry) tent and cuddled up on the king bed and played card game. Thank you for a great weekend and for the special birthday message for our daughter!

Very cozy low stress camping

This was our second visit and we'll definitely come back again soon. We were here in early August. It was hot, but the camp area is nicely shaded and it was pretty cool in the tent. Darby is an incredible host and had everything set up and left us smores stuff and some glow bracelets (which my 2 year old son loved). This time, we brought along some people who had never been camping and they loved it. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub, listening to music on a bluetooth speaker and hanging out. We even took a short drive over to a nearby creek with a little dam and splashed around one morning. Super fun. Love this place and all the thoughtful touches that make it so comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay! We went for my engagement/birthday and Darby put in effort making it special by putting up a sign and writing a lovely note. It was such a welcoming space and such a great alternative to being completely out in nature but still having the option of full on camping. Would highly recommend! Also…river tribe is close by and they have the best river tubing :)
