Glamping on Scott's land was peaceful and serene. I enjoyed walking the property, looking at local wildlife and capturing my latest ASMR soundtrack at night. Coming off an eclipse the moonlight shined bright and very clear in this open space. The host was great and responsive. I will definitely return!
This place was really pretty and easy to find. You have your own little private area. Would definitely camp again.

We loved the hipcamp! It was quiet and private. Plenty of wildlife. Clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating to our late arrivals in the evening as we were in town for a concert and exploring in Baltimore. This was very convenient to Baltimore. Not having a restroom of some sort was a little inconvenient, but we were made aware of that beforehand and so prepared accordingly.

We brought our class C RV and had a wonderful overnight stay. The free firewood was amazing and the setup at the camping area is perfect. Don't be fooled when you turn down the road, this feels so much further from everything than it is. It feels like being at a State Park campground all by yourself with plenty of room to stretch out. The pups loved watching the deer and birds.

The space was beautiful and very peaceful! We would definitely recommend Scott and his property. Communication with Scott and directions were easy and clear. Thanks for a great place to stay for the night.
Beautiful property! We stayed here because we wanted to mountain bike Patapsco State Park but their Hollofield camping area was closed. This was a great option for us- 20 to 30 minutes away from the trails, very quiet and peaceful place to camp. There’s a fire pit and a picnic table. Plenty of room for our dogs to run and play. Scott and his family were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet spot on the hill. Safe and easy in/out.
Great space and very peaceful, very calm and a good for country music and chill.
Driving in it feels like you're in more of a populated area than expected, but don't worry!! As soon as you drive down the driveway and turn into the campsite it is sooooo peaceful and beautiful and really feels like you're out in nature. You can see a few houses, but the trees make the site very private. It was completely lovely!

Beautiful campsite at the top of a hill with a feel of seclusion. The site is surrounded by mature trees and at a distance from other homes, facing a large open grassy, sloping field. Easy access to the highways leading to the cities and towns around Baltimore. The neighborhood area is also very nice. Scott, our host, was very responsive to our questions and very welcoming. It's a hidden gem for boon docker campers. Highly recommend.

If you want something that's exactly like camping in your parents yard complete with neighboring houses, this is your spot. The campsite itself is situated so you can hear every car passing on the road, houses all around you and you're literally in the wide open. Not private as most reviews on this place have said. I was extremely disappointed; so if you're looking for something secluded/private/away from people this is NOT the spot. Gunshots, peoples voices from all directions and the road can all be clearly heard at the site. Oh also, the directions provided only work if you're coming from a certain direction and even then it's confusing cause it isn't their address at the road (different house number on the mailbox than what pops up on Google maps). Response time to messages was below average for expecting a new guest at their place. Overall, not a campsite, it's their side yard between their house and another house, both of which you can see from the site. This is not a "being in nature" or even peaceful type of place. I wouldn't even call it cheap, should be 18 a night with what it offered. That's my honest review.

We had a nice stay. The site is quite level and it was quiet day and night. It was lovely seeing the stars once the clouds cleared. The firepit was challenging to use as it was very full of ashes and old coals, but we made it work for us. The site was quite muddy, which was understandable given all the rain we had. If you stay after it's been wet, be prepared for your chairs to sink in the wet ground around the fire pit.

Excellent camping spot for a great price. Follow directions provided and it'll get you right there. It was peaceful and roomy, would stay there again!
This was my first Hipcamp experience, I call it my shake down for solo camping. I wasn’t too far away from home and the site was not so scary and in the middle of nowhere. Had good communication with the owner, he offered water if I needed.

Nice private place on a beautiful property. I booked it and stayed the same day and the directions to get there were fairly easy to follow.
Wasn’t actually able to make the stay on my reserved night, but the host was very quick to communicate with a welcome and I am sure the site is wonderful.
Great space for camper camping! Lots of flat parking space in the shade; didn’t need to setup leveling blocks. There’s also lots of nice grass areas that don’t get swampy in the rain that I imagine would be good for tent camping! Heavenly breeze on top of the hill saved us from the summer heat! Campfire pit is nice for fires and smores-making. PSA for out-of-towners: there are a few more mosquitos than usual in Maryland with all the rain storms, so bring bug spray if it rains the week before your stay.
Love it here! The host is super cool and into the outdoors. He clearly enjoys hosting and opening his property up to others who share the same love for camping. Talked with Scott for a long time about his camper and shared renovation ideas and camping stories. Will continue to come back when I’m in the area!
We love it here! Keep coming back for the five-star hospitality, land for dogs to roam, and private space to stay in our truck camper.
