Clean facilities and nice owner. Liked the fact he had a little shop too
Beautiful place to camp. No frills but clean shower and toilets and always hot water. The setting is wonderful. Open countryside lots of wildlife. Quiet, tranquil and Rich is a fabulous host.

I recently stayed at Enholmes Meadows, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. The setting is absolutely breathtaking—beautifully picturesque, incredibly peaceful, and the perfect place to wild camp, relax and unwind
What really made my stay stand out were the hosts. They were genuinely warm, welcoming, and couldn't have been more helpful. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
The campsite itself is exceptional with a real sense of tranquillity that's becoming increasingly hard to find. If you're looking for a quiet escape surrounded by beautiful countryside, I couldn't recommend Enholmes Meadows more highly.
Without a doubt, one of the best wild campsites I've stayed at, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommended
Enjoyed staying on Richard’s land, very clean and tidy. The facilities are an exceptional standard for the price to stay a night! Loved it will be returning.
It is a very natural camp in a beautiful setting. Great to settle down at night and listen to the wildlife. We booked for two nights but stayed for four as we liked it so much. The host, Richard was very welcoming. A unique camping experience!

This place was great. We found a lovely calm and quiet spot and Richard came out to meet us. There was only one other lot in the campsite and we weren’t disturbed at all. Water and toilets on site. Drive into the grounds is very rough and bumpy btw
Lovely campsite! Spent 2 nights off grid. Beautiful view to wake up to. Rich was very welcoming despite our late arrival. Would happily go again

Camping spot is quiet and area is lovely owner is really nice too comes to check on you and asks you if need anything
It was a lovely setting with Little Egrets nesting in the local woodland. We had nothing but nature in front of our tent with minimal other campers for a bank holiday weekend.
We camped at Richard's land yesterday, lots of space to pitch a tent and the best bit was the toilet and shower facilities, first time using this but since it went well we will try this again!
Host came over and checked how we were and asked us if we needed anything as we settled in for the night, and a further check in the morning which was nice of him!

Enholmes Meadow Camping
Rich’s site is just beautiful. A wild meadow with a handful of huge pitches and great views. Relaxing, peaceful, away from any roads and surrounded by nature. Our 11 year old and her friend had a brilliant time exploring the huge field. The facilities are built into the stables of the main house and are clean and well looked after.
We managed to get our van stuck (definitely our fault) Rich and his family all helped to pull us out with a lot of laughs and kindness.
The local village was easy to get to, had a good pub, chip shop and small grocery store. We finished off with a trip to Spurn Point Nature Reserve and the beach both lovely.
It was very quiet when we were there but I don’t think this will be a hidden gem for long. We’ll definitely be back. But next time we’ll stick to the actual pitches!
