This mountain property is surrounded by massive pine trees and within a 15 minute walk to Lake Gregory - a gorgeous mountain lake with a well maintained trail running the entire perimeter and several areas to park if you are transporting gear. This is a perfect base for Lake and Mountain adventures with numerous trail systems nearby, including the famed PCT as it meanders through sections of the San Bernardino National Forest. The parking access is off the street if you choose to leave bicycles, snowboards, kayaks etc attached to your car. There is also room to leave large outdoor equipment on property for easier driving around without your outdoor gear. There is only one Hip-Camp Site on the property - the private pine cottage with a 1/2 bath and off-street parking. Access to the patio with the gas fire-pit, grill and seating area will be yours to enjoy alone. Come adventure in the mountains! Brian

This attached Bunk House has views of trees outside every window - you will feel immersed in nature the moment you arrive. Your accommodations will feature two twin beds and a 1/2 bath for a comfortable experience that is quite an upgrade from staying in a tent. You will be able to connect to the WiFi to keep in contact with the outside and/or download trails for those great off-grid hikes nearby. Guests will have access to patio with gas BBQ-Grill, lounge chairs and Gas Fire-Pit/Table. Perfect for a minimalist stay on a budget to start your outdoorsy vacation already in the mountains. There are a variety of nearby food options and grocery stores less than ten minutes away. If you are through-hiking the PCT you will have access to Washer/Dryer for a small fee. Pets require an additional $20. You may add them as a "Child" and the site will simply add the cost to the booking. Plan a stay at my Pine Cottage near Lake Gregory and start a series of adventures in the massive outdoor playground that is the San Bernardino National Forest. Hope to see you soon - Brian
