We affectionately call this place “The Tardis” because its transformation from an RV, gutted into a modern cozy hi tech space with a cozy county feel, an outdoor kitchen / living / dining / hot tub areas in a forest setting. It’s got super high speed Internet, 2 TVs, a faux fireplace. Inside a live edge old growth cedar counter with Italian tile, modern connected features, fireplace, heat pump, flooring and great feel. Private inside a 5 acre estate with grounds and a private forest. Everyone loves this space. Tech wise there is super fast ethernet straight to the unit at around 600 download for zoom calls. There is also a super fast wifi for exclusive mobility, 2 flat screen TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus. The space is really idea for 2 people however there are 2 bunk beds in a smaller space that could accomidate smaller children or other smaller stature adults that don't mind a small bunk bed sleeping area. A lot of remote worker like this place. It's faster and quieter than home surrounded by nature. We've focused on the outdoor area covered and private decks outside giving it the feel of an outdoor living, complete with a new BBQ, outdoor living room / seating area / kitchen. The interior was gutted, cabinets refurbished, a custom live edge cedar slab counter top transformed the kitchen area into something sleek. Inside Itialian tiling covers the walls and new flooring brightens the space. City water and modern plumbing fixtures plus a heat pump installed to bring the space heat and air conditioning combined. The bathroom had it's facelift with a slab counter and basin sink, new toilet and fixtures. Calm Chaos Forest Retreat
Great time, great property and a great host. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful secluded place to stay. Very convenient location that is close to lots of mountain biking and good restaurants, breweries and wineries. Steven, the host is a very nice guy and super helpful and easy to work with.

Glamping in a Unique+Quiet Setting
Calm Chaos Forest Retreat
Calm Chaos Forest Retreat is a very unique property located down a calm and peaceful road in beautiful Maple Bay. With a few acres to explore, the property offers enough space to go for a walk in the forest, visit the neighbouring cows and resident wildlife, have a fire by the pond, or simply relax in the passionately renovated trailer. The trailer itself has all one could need, with a comfortable bed, kitchen, running water, TVs, AC, etc. Within the trailer’s fenced courtyard, there’s a hot tub, lots of covered and uncovered patio space, a bbq, and more. The yard itself is an open air museum of sorts, with lots of statues and memorabilia to take in, made clear by the two large parrots that greet you when you arrive at the property. And speaking of parrots, there’s four real-life, living macaws co-hosting alongside the charming human hosts, Steven and Mimi. The macaws are not only beautiful, but full of personality. Nearby Maple Bay offers a nice beach to swim and relax at, as well as a pub, hiking trails, and disc golf. Overall, Calm Chaos is a really eclectic place worth a visit.
