We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! 🌿✨
It’s the perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and such a lovely place to switch off, slow down and feel completely connected to nature. The cabin itself was beautiful and cosy, and the outdoor bath overlooking the grounds was such a special touch. Sitting there listening to the owls and all the wildlife around us was so peaceful.
The star gazing was probably one of our favourite parts of the whole stay — I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen a sky so full of stars!
The couple who run the cabin were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful. Even when we hadn’t received the manual (which, as it turns out, was sitting happily in my junk folder 🤣), they were so patient and helpful with everything we needed. They even kindly let us pick some apples from their apple tree, which was such a lovely little extra!
The wood fire was another gorgeous addition and made the cabin feel so cosy in the evenings. And the bed… honestly, I think that was the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time!
The neighbouring town was also a delight and had a lot of cute shops to browse!
It really is such a special place and the perfect retreat if you’re looking to escape, reconnect with nature and properly relax. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We’re already hoping to come back again in the future! 🤍🌿✨

We had a wonderful weekend here with our family. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly quiet – the perfect escape from everyday life. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The surroundings are amazing, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We’ve just arrived home from our glamping weekend at West Midlands Camping and honestly, we already can’t wait to return. We booked a last-minute family weekend away wanting more time outdoors and a break from busy life, and it ended up being one of the loveliest weekends we’ve had together. As a family of five, the yurt was the perfect size and had everything we needed, including pots, pans, and all the little touches that made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit and made cooking outside feel like a real adventure for the kids. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we spent the days using the hot tub as a cool dipping pool and the evenings relaxing in it under the stars. The location itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by green fields, peaceful countryside, and wonderful animals everywhere you look. Chris was the most amazing host. Her love for the animals and the farm completely shines through, and she made such an effort to involve the children in farm life. They loved helping herd the sheep, feeding the animals, and even hosing down Dave the emu and his friends to keep them cool in the heat. Meeting the llamas, donkeys, Zack the horse, all of Chris’s dogs, and having little Archie stay in the yurt overnight was the highlight of the trip for the kids. Thank you, Chris, for creating such a special little sanctuary in the countryside. Your warmth and passion are infectious, and we left with the best memories.

We really enjoyed our stay with Stef and Ian with four friends sharing the yurt (one double bed and two camp beds pre-made for us).
The private space is secluded from other parts of the farm and the views are beautiful to wake up to each morning.
We really appreciated the facilities available, including a pizza oven, bbq, sink with running water, electricity, hot plate, dishes, cutlery, wooden bench seating and a private compost toilet. We also had access to the main shower and toilet block, just a short walk uphill and the onsite bar and honesty shop (great for a top up of fire wood).
The only thing that we would have benefitted from is an area of shade or tarp that could be pulled over the seating area, as we lucked out with the weather being so warm!
Thank you both. We would definitely recommend and may very well be back for a return visit in the future.

Lovely area, beautiful and quaint. The pod was efficient enough bed and space. Only thing we did not like was the fact there was no window and the door (stable door type) had to be left a jar for air circulation. But the hosts we very accommodating. The compost toilet one of the best so far. Wasn't really keen with the shower door being connected to their property which meant we as a family felt uncomfortable using the shower room. But overall decent for a roof over our head whilst we explored.
