Nestled in a quiet spot, a few miles from Bromyard and just minutes away from the breathtaking scenery of the Malvern Hills, Out to Grass is a stunning rural campsite surrounded by lush greenery nestled between Herefordshire and Worcestershire. OTG is a dog friendly site and welcomes tents and vans in a choice of 'family camping' or 'lively' fields. There are also beautiful glamping pods available and a wood fired outdoor hot tub for those craving a spot of luxury
The enthusiastic OTG crew provide a warm welcome on arrival and are always happy to help where they can. The site boasts spotless facillities with hot showers and flushing toilets. OTG have received a gold award from Green Tourism for their eco and environental work
Pitches are on grass with optional electric or you can forget the tent pegs and stay in one of the lovely glamping pods, equipped with bedding, electric sockets and cooking appliances.
The site has an onsite bar and caterers selling fresh coffee, smoothies and hot food. There is Family Friendly music playing most weekends (and also some adult only late night camping weekends available to book).
There is a communal covered fire pit with comfy sofas perfect for sitting around chatting and toasting marsh mellows. The site is also blessed with a beautiful open sky for stargazing on new moons. There are some lovely country walks accessible directly from the campsite
Most weekends there will be workshops and activities on offer, as well as well-being services such as massages and morning yoga
The site has Geodomes available for hire on numerous weekends, complete with full sound system, lights, decor and a stage for bands or DJs, perfect for playing your own music
It is also possible to hire the entire site on an exclusive basis for weddings, parties, gatherings and much more.
The site is open from May to September, but only open for public camping on select weekends in July and August. Please refer to our listings for full details of available dates

Willey Lane Farm is a post medieval farmstead situated in a secluded location in the hills of north Herefordshire between the village of Lingen and the Welsh border town of Presteigne, the former County town of Radnorshire, in the Welsh Marches. The farm is predominately permanent pasture (usually grazed by sheep) with a significant area of ancient semi-natural woodland, a small area of lavender and a quiet seasonal micro campsite (2 pitches only in a 1.4 acre orchard) with superb views to the east.
Willey Lane Yurts now has two 16ft diameter yurts, Violet and Lavender, each of which has a private bathroom and a private washing up room.
Each yurt is equipped with a king sized bed with side lights, two chests of drawers, a two ring gas hob with saucepans and a frying pan, a food storage cupboard, a clothes rack, a table and benches and a wood burning stove.
Violet has, in addition, two mattresses suitable for children.
All bedding and towels are included in the price.
Outside there is a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a firepit.
There is easy access to Ludlow (medieval market town), Hay-on-Wye (the town of books), Leominster (medieval town) , The Black & White Village Trail (old oak timber framed houses), Elan Valley Dams (Birmingham's water supply), Offa’s Dyke Centre (in Kington, a medieval market town), Spaceguard Centre (a working observatory monitoring near earth objects), Wapley Hill Fort (an iron age hill fort), etc.

Hay On Wye, famous for its many bookshops and its annual Book Festival attracts visitors worldwide and is 7 miles away.
The campsite is on the edge of a village and next door to a great pub. The village boasts a second pub, a restaurant and a well stocked shop and Post Office all within walking distance. There’s a great bus network with regular buses going to all parts of Herefordshire and into Wales with a bus stop by the pub.
Each accommodation yurt is solar powered and has its own timber framed and canvas field kitchen, a bathroom cabin with a modern compost loo and its own private deck with a shared shower block centrally located between the four yurts.

We loved camping in Katharine’s farm land! What an idyllic place, we practically had the whole field to ourselves, only shared with one other couple for one night. If you are looking for back to basics camping, with rural feeling, beautiful nature and peace - this is the place! Katherine and her partner were so lovely and accommodating, we really felt like at home. Enjoyed nice campfires at night, and beautiful starry skies. Our daughter loved seeing the chicken, sheep and horsies whom grazed the fields and area. Hereford is just a stone throws away and so many beautiful walks, villages and National Trust properties to visit nearby. Thank you so much!

Fantastic weekend at Upper House Farm glamping. We stayed at the Mountain View Bell tent. Pleasant surprise to see a picnic bench and extendable parasol, which weren't mentioned in the listing. Very comfortable double bed. Great that you have a camping stove, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Very thoughtful of the owners to have a bottle of water, wood and kindling. Stunning view of the Black mountains from the field and the stars at night were really a sight to behold. Would highly recommend. You'd be hard pressed to find anything else like this anywhere for an absolute bargain price

Wonderful bespoke cabin with lots of charm. It’s handmade and beautiful, and really clean and comfy! We loved our stay. The bath was a huge treat. The water from the spring was delicious. We found amazing walks in the area- long and fabulous views and woodland. We loved Daphne’s in Prestiegne- delicious supper. Highly recommend - the children (10 and 7) loved the bedroom in rafters. A real gem!

We had a wonderful family weekend in Little Owl. The yurt was very comfortable and there was everything we could need nearby in the kitchen and toilet/shower block. We all enjoyed exploring the woods then relaxing in the hammock and roasting marshmallows over a campfire. We had two great day trips, canoeing on the Wye and hiring bikes in the Forest of Dean. Such a beautiful area, would definitely recommend!

We had a great few days at Heart of the Wye. Ann and Sam are fantastic hosts, from greeting us with a glass of prosecco and giving us a tour to being around if we needed anything. Toilet, showers and the well equipped kitchen were spotless. Our yurt was really comfortable, we used the bbq for breakfast and evening meals and had a fire both nights. A full tour of the site & yurt, with all the things you could possibly need for the weekend, they really have thought of everything like wool blankets for sitting around the fire, umbrella, lanterns & fresh coffee! Lovely hot outdoor showers & modern communal kitchen again with everything you need so no need to over pack! Close to hay on wye (approx 10min drive). Overall a really enjoyable and relaxing weekend away, thank you ☺️

What an amazing place with beautiful views. Really enjoyed all of it. The ammenties, the service and the place. Had BBQ's, enjoyed some ciders both in the room and next door at the bar and just relaxed. If you have a chance to stay here, do it. Thank you.

The campsite was very pretty and secluded, and the lake was lovely too! The bathrooms were also clean and there were a few great walks around. The hosts were also lovely! Would absolutely come again.
