We have a shared under cover space and also an outdoor fire-pit to gather more than 20 people comfortably. There is a simple compost loo for your use with hand-washing and dish washing area outside. And the rest is all Mother nature! There is no running water or drinking water. You will need to bring your own. No electricity points or WIFI are in the campsite and no masts nearby so enjoy the EMF cleanse. Whether you chose to stay in the ancient woodland or the herbal pasture, you will feel the benefits of reconnecting with yourself in nature, breathing the clean air and hearing the birds singing. The parking is 800m away and there is minimal tractor use so you can imagine yourself roaming the fields and forest of England in days gone by. Fitness required. There is nothing better than being warm and cosy around the wood burner looking out at the great views. Weekend Trip to Celtic Woodland Holidays

This was our second time staying here, and it was even more special than the first time. Every second is something to cherish. Hosts are lovely, warm and very welcoming. Facilities are outstanding, with communal kitchen and games rooms with had a pool table, air hockey and the means to play table tennis. The pod was warm, comfortable and homely. We cannot wait to stay again. Perfect getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely campsite, we had the woodlands all to ourselves and enjoyed exploring the local footpaths and seeing the animals on the farm. Our dog loved it! The host Jon was very helpful and insightful with the local area. Will definitely be returning in the future!

A very warm welcome from Nigel at the site, with explanation of the site. We loved staying in one of the pre-pitched bell tents, so cosy and warm with very comfy beds! Warm shower and clean composting loo. Helpful little things like the - rechargeable lanterns for use and bottle lanterns when it got dark. A plus too, lots of kitchen ware and crockery.

we went camping in nic and leighs site and it was beautiful, we was the only ones on the camping site but either way it was peiceful and amazing facilites including the comunal fiepit. my kids and my dog loved the area and rubnibg through the trees. the toilets,showers ,game room, the park and the kitchen, was amazing. will 100% be comming again and recommending to others. amazing place to be

Matt met us on arrival and helped carry our bags to the The Shepherds Hut which is well fitted out , nicely decorated , lovely and clean, and well equipped. Nice hot shower and towel rail. Electric fire and also a log burner should you need it for the cold weather,The bed was so so comfy and the oat biscuits and eggs were delicious !! All windows had lovely views. Ivan & Sylvia S xxx

Spent a wonderful time there. It's really secluded. I had the whole woods alone. The host is very friendly and helpful. I only missed my family because the place is well equipped for a family. Everything is there what you need to have a comfortable superb time in the nature. The host even provided a saw to be able to use the fallen branches for campfire. I will definitely go back, next time probably with my family. I highly recommend this campsite!

We enjoyed our stay at The camp surroundings are well maintained, what I noticed is that no annoying flies buzzing around when sitting out and while cooking!. The host and people on site are very helpful and friendly. One night we needed help with lighting a camp fire and they were so quick to respond. The facilities in the camp are a bonus, if the weather is nice you won't get bored. Ladies toilets were okay my kids complained about the men's!!

5 nights at Celtic Woodland Holidays

Really great campsite! We pitched our bell tent in the woodland where they have only 5 spaces available. I loved staying in the woods rather than in an open field. The lighting at night was magical and the facilities were fab which you only share with the 5 pitches on site so we're never crowded. We listened to the owls at night and ravens by day (my favorite bird so I was really chuffed). We used the pizza oven but unfortunately didn't get time to book the sauna - next time! My 3 kids loved the play area and tried really hard to stay up late enough to use the star gazing chairs. Location worked really well for us, we headed to the beach on the west coast, did the 4 waterfalls walk and the show caves too. We would love to try the treehouse next time, it looks epic! Thank you for a lovely holiday! It was our first visit to Wales and we'll definitely come again.
