Very relaxing campsite. Everything was perfect, kitchen space is very handy, facilities may not be luxurious enough for some but I love the rustic, natural feel and appropriate little extras in the bathroom i.e shower gels/soaps and all organic too. And not having a designated pitch is a luxury enough! What a treat. Would recommend 100%

We had a lovely couple of nights camping. There is plenty of space so no one was pitched close to us. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were useful and the games are a nice touch. The jetty for launching our kayak was good, although the river was quite weedy, it was a very relaxing paddle though. We didn’t get firewood, but the option to buy logs and the use of the fire pits is a nice option. Within 10 miles of Glastonbury and Bridgewater but off the beaten track, so really peaceful.

A perfect short break with really friendly, host, other campers and well cared for animals to pet. Kids loved messy about on the river and the classic camp fire.

This place is a real gem! Simple but beautiful - exactly what we love. The fields overlook the sea and are right on the coast path. The countryside surrounding it is peaceful and picturesque. The toilets and showers were great. Nothing bad at all to say about this place - we will definitely be going back!

Lovely stay and atmosphere!! We went with our camper van and found mostly level ground with ease. Shower facilities were lovely and clean. We really enjoyed exploring the woods neighbouring the campsite.

There is a great view beyond but it’s only really viewable from the upper camps which are for tents only. Not much of a view of the surrounding area for campervans but the wildflower meadow itself is lovely Vans will need leveling blocks as it is on a slope for the most part. The Host was lovely and was very accommodating and allowed us to use more space than allocated as they were not very busy over glasto weekend. I would recommend it, it’s a lovely fairly priced nature escape with everything you need.

Perfect location for the group I was with. Easy location to find, well laid out and great facilities. On site trailer cafe for simple meals and brews...amazing ice cream. Toilets and showers clean and well serviced, a site shared fridge and freezer added to the amenities. You are right on the border between England and Wales, with the river Teme a stones throw away in a beautifully lush valley. Highly recommended.

We really liked this site. The field was really pretty and the set up was v relaxed. The woodland walks from the site were beautiful. The showers were brilliant and we loved the rented fire baskets made from old washing machines. It was also V helpful to be able to stay for just one night. Christina was really friendly and helpful

We had two nights here. Friday night, checking in went smoothly. Pitching the tent took a while. We seemed to have picked a pitch that no matter what, the pegs just wouldn't go into the ground. But after multiple attempts and moving a few metres, we eventually got pitched. That night was quite peaceful, and the fire pit was a nice touch. Unfortunately Saturday night wasn't quite the same. There was a group of people that were up late, and laughing and shouting quite loudly after the 11pm quiet time. Other than that one group, we did have a lovely time. The toilets could have been a bit better, but the showers were lovely. For being porta-showers I didn't know what to expect, but it was a nice hot shower. Overall, we had a great time, even my daughter who was very anxious about the whole camping trip, enjoyed it and said she would do it all again in future. Would definitely return, next time I'm coming to that area. Thanks
